+ Good timer functionality. Good/even grill. Good oven lighting. Safety elements.

- Main oven very low - have to kneel on the floor to carry out many tasks. But that is the general design of stand-alone gas cookers these days. Main oven door opens to left - I would prefer down or option to open in other direction. But again, more to do with the design these days. I couldn't find any cookers with the door opening in another direction.

+ Ease of use, easy clean. I like the twin oven feature decent size.

- Umm! Maybe wheels on the back in order to pull forward to clean the floor.

+ i love the look of the cooker and the way i can cook with the top grill which is handy when cooking for lots of people. its easy to clean. im really happy with the product as a whole.

+ The hob and oven are attractive and work most efficiently. This product is easy to clean and so looks good all the time.

- With such a polished product, couldn't Zanussi have provided a better grill pan. The "rack" of the pan could be a bit more sturdy in my opinion.

- The burn off smell which should fade within 15 minutes of first test use is still noticeable two weeks after using both ovens otherwise it's FAB!

+ Very pleased with this cooker. Hob is easy to light, plenty of space. It is recessed slightly so that pans don't slip off. Top oven is a big bonus as it is so easy to reach. Door opens flat. LIght comes on automatically when bottom oven is lit. Haven't used the timer yet but it has the option of auto stop and start cooking which looks useful. Seems simple to set. Solidly built.

- Grill pan rack is quite flimsy and the handle is not easy to attach to the pan. Top oven and grill can be tricky to light - I think it is a knack you get used to. Top oven went out whilst cooking the first time I used it. Too soon to say if this is a problem with the cooker or something I did wrong.

+ It is OK - nothing outstanding

- The fast boil/largest ring is at the front of the cooker, it is the ring where you would use a chip pan and I believe this is a dangerous practice - particularly to young children, also if you are using the back burners you have to reach over and could quite easily catch the pan on the fron fast burner The top oven would be better if it were just a few centimetres higher

- The hob cooks slower than our old cooker.
Don't find the small right hand front burner is particularly useful. Would have preferred it to be same as back burners.
Grill pan has detachable handle which is very awkward to fit on, especially when the pan is hot!

+ nice looking cooker,a light in the main oven comes on when lit,if the flame goes out automatically relights itself,really good grill.

- the marker on the control knobs needs to be a bit more visable,have to double check to make sure its in the off position,you have to take the grill pan handle off when grilling which is a pain, i tend not to bother even attaching it.

- seems to pre heat to too high a temp. am having to reduce cooking times and have over cooked a few things.

+ Really like its sleek style and that the controls are on the level. Easy to use. Timer is brilliant to have as it makes cooking meals easier when out working as its all ready when you come home! Double oven is excellent as its money efficient if cooking for 1 or 2 and using top oven only. If cooking large meal or 2,3 or 4 separate meals at same time the two ovens are great for this! It looks and cooks fantastic!

- Grill pan handle can be awkward to click into place each time you use the grill. It can not be left on all the time either as it will get really hot and might melt!
Need to remember to reduce cooking times or the heat control slightly if using main oven at the same time as the top oven due to heat from below rising making the top oven hotter than should be!

- Grill pan handle is a real pain to get on and off, easier to use pan without it. Also the tray in the grill pan could be a bit stronger.

+ Self ignition oven, wow what a bonus. Also a very clever feature is that when you close the oven door after checking on something it makes sure that it is still alight by igniting just once again. My old oven sometimes went out when you shut the door, and you dont always realise. The timers are also extremely useful.

- The seal inside the main oven door is really badly designed and is constantly falling off. This is a pain when the oven is hot as the seal gets very hot and trying to put it back on is not easy.

+ the controls are in easy to use places, that dont catch sleeves etc. the burners are easy to clean and placed right as two med ones at the back,and the large and small at the front,which work very well for my style of cooking. the small oven is the right size for my familt size ,which is just my husband and myself,but the big oven is good when the kids come home.

- i feel that the glass lid is flimsy,this is just a feeling,as i am used to a metal lid from my old cooker. so far nothing has done anything to put me off this cooker.

+ This looks nice and stylish. Because the controls are higher than on other cookers the double oven/grill is, or appears to be, bigger that usual.

- can't use top of 3 grill pan positions as the rack won't fit past the grill difficult to see if main oven has lit oven very noisy - the lit gas makes a sort of popping sound, like it isn't burning evenly

+ Attractive, practical design with the knobs on the top of the cooker so that they do not get damaged when the top oven is on.

+ Cooks excellently. I like the 2 ovens, if I am only cooking one dish I can use the smaller oven and save fuel, it is also great for keeping food and plates warm when the bottom oven is on without having to switch the top oven on. I also like the nice clean lines of the cooker it has fitted in my kitchen perfectly.

- Having to get used to pressing a button to light any part of it as my last cooker had automatic ignition. Also not easy to see when the oven is lit until the flame gets high.

+ It is a great cooker as i am disabled and can use the top oven nearly all the time. The timer is really useful as we have a busy lifestyle with all the children

- Took a while to get use to how to switch the oven on but now there is no problems

+ The top oven is very useful when only one shelf is needed and the light in the main oven makes it easy to see how things are cooking.

- The shelf in the grill could be higher because it does take a long time to grill anything. Unfortunately even though the runners are there, the metal plate at the back of the shelf prevents you from moving it up.

Good safety features and programmable timer.

- Grill can be temperamental to light, and can go out if you try to alter the temperature, but not a problem that has caused me a great deal of inconvenience.
The grill pan handle isn't very user friendly and I tend not to use it, preferring to simply use oven gloves to move the grill pan.

+ It is a very powerful oven. You often find that whatever food you cook doesn`t require as much time as stated in a recipe, etc. At first it is a bit tricky to get used to the controls but after a few times of using the cooker it is like a dream. The light in the main oven has to be my favourite feature. You can see the progress of your food cooking without having to open the door to check subsequently releasing the hot air for the oven.

- The handle on the grill pan would have been better attached but collapsible.

+ The cooker was easy to install although it doesn't come with a gas connector pipe and I had to run off and purchace one. Very easy to use and attractive once in place.

- Having some early issues with the main oven being much to hot and burning food even when on lowest setting.
