+ Very easy to use, heats up really quickly

- the slow cook button, not quite sure what temperature it cooks at although the oven gets a little warm.

+ just got rid of another zannussi and the hop is now much quicker heating up. I have the stainless steel model and I like the look of it. I am really pleased with my new cooker

+ Easy to clean ceramic hob - heats up very quickly and cools down quickly too.
Oven is very quiet (I could hear the fan in my previous cooker) and the oven door seals very well (keeoing smells and heat in).
The grill/top oven is very large - some top ovens are very small.

- The handle for the grill is very fiddly. Have replaced the pan with the one from my former oven !

- I bought the stainless steel version. However, the dials for the cooker rings are surrounded by black enamel - you only have to touch it and it looks greasy so it's really difficult to keep it looking clean. The grill only has a quarter power and a high setting - no medium.

+ Performance wise, it's great

- The handle for the grill pan is, quite frankly, naff, how anyone can possibly take the handle off and then re-fix it whilst grilling is beyond belief. I think Zanussi need to think again about this one. I asked for a replacement for the one I originally had, but still not happy with the design.

- When I ordered a stainless steel cooker I expected the whole cabinet and tbe contol surrounds to be stainless steel. In fact the only ss parts on it are the door facings so probably not worth the extra money unless you are desperate for this odd mix of finishes.

+ It is easy to keep clean. The top is oven is a good size. Clear doors and lights inside make it easy to check what's cooking.

- The shelves are less sturdy than my previous cooker and the grill pan is very flimsy with no 'anti splash' tray to fit under the grill in the pan. I am not convinced about the half grill function - it looks the same to me when on full or half and there are only 2 heat settings for the grill.

+ looks good and the oven works fine , but it benefit from an extra wire rack.

- grill does not toast evenley , and takes a while to completley toast a piece of bread very disapointed in this part of the product, would benefit from a larger element on the grill possibly

+ Fantastic piece of kit. Love the way it looks. The oven cooks everything perfectly and I love the light that lets you see what you're cooking. Thoroughly recommend it. I love it.

- Noen at all. We had a gas hob before and this one takes a bit of getting used to as the hob heat is not as instant as gas. But that's not a fault with the cooker, just a changeover thing.

+ Energy efficient - little hear from oven appears to escape into room. Hob rings all fairly quick and different sizes suit different pans.

- Runners very stiff at least initially - easing up with use but is this damaging coating of oven? third runner for lower oven would be helpful.

+ in a word brilliant! we have suffered a hotpoint ew81 for the last ten years with bits falling off, noisy fans, inefficiency, difficult to read values on knobs, etc and it was to our relief that it finally failed and we were able to chuck it away.
we were reluctant to purchase another fan oven, fan cooled cooker but with limited choice finally bought this Zanussi.
everything that was bad on the previous cooker, is good to brilliant on this, from the finish through to the cooking experience, the fans are quiet, the oven heats rapidly, the rings are responsive, and it is 'A' rated

- one very minor crib, the rear of the cooker leaves vent gaps where we may loose small items, would be better if it were a small grill

+ Good insulation means kitchen does not become too hot when oven on.
Hob rings heat up quickly.

- Oven trays fit very tightly into slots - at least initially, they are loosening up with us.
Three oven trays in the main oven would be better.
Would prefer slightly less space in the top oven and more in the main oven.
Generally appearance a little 'tinny'.

+ Great ovens. Both of a good size and the fan oven cooks things perfectly at the recommended temperature unlike the last cooker we had which burnt everything. Looks good too and not too much stainless steel to clean grubby fingerprints off.

- Hob rings are not very strong so takes awhile for a pan of water to boil etc.

+ Very fast to warm up & easy to clean. Both ovens very efficient. Controls sensibly positioned. Lights in main & top oven very useful.
Early days but so far so good

- Grill control does nor allow graduated temperature control, therefore it's rather hit & miss. With time I will live with this idiosyncrasy

- The alarm could be louder and it could be a little easier to clean, the panel tends to smear and the glass is like double glazing so hard to get clean inbetween, however if you can't get dirt out, it can't get in either?!

+ Easy to clean, Hob heats up very quickly. Smaller oven very good for most jobs but larger one is ideal for roasts etc. Also great if you need to cook Cakes/biscuits at the same time as Savoury meals

- Top oven does not seem to get as hot as stated on dial, Oven thermometer reccomended.
Dials could do with white line to indicate position but this is just a minor reccomendation.

- Sharp metal edges around ceramic hob area - cleaning cloths and fingers are easily scratched by metal edges of enameled surround.

Grill heat is not very controlable.
Grill pan does not latch onto shelf - latch hooks on base not there !! - using previous grill pan which does have correct hooks to latch onto grill shelf.
Grill handle is poor design and awkward to use.

+ The controls are placed on the top of the oven which makes them easier to use.

- The handle on the grill pan is not always very easy to attach when the pan is underneath the grill. The user manual suggests it is removed when actually grilling.
