+ Easy to use.

- No hob hot warning light. Clock difficult to clean. Half grill function only available on full power, rest of grill only available at full or 25%.

+ Neat and easy lines to clean, fitted the space I had available in my kitchen and looks good. Looks a million dollars, and I'm pleased with it.

- Cleaning round control knobs difficult ,also could do with a mark on the knobs to see that they are set at the right place. being all black its difficult to see if they are all turned off

- Let down by poor build quality. The main oven door handle came loose after just one week, quickly followed by the door catch mechanism that fell apart leaving the main oven unusable.

Glass door to top oven - need to keep both oven doors really clean! Also it make the oven look less "black and white ".
Would prefer large oven slightly larger and small one slightly smaller.
Although electronic controls excellent -are they more likely to go wrong or not last as long as mechanical timers etc.

+ One of the main reasons I bought this product was the fact that the controls are tilted upwards, away from curious little hands! Both ovens are brilliant, after a few crispy meals I've realised just how bad my old one was! There are very few ovens available in this width so choice was limited but I would have no hesitation in recommending this product.

- It's a basic cooker and I think it's overpriced. When it was installed and tested it blew the fuse in my old house. Therefore I cannot use all burners and ovens at the same time - so no big dinner parties for me.

- There is no indication that individual rings are on, other than the control knob on the front. Could do with a light indicating which is on/or very recently been on (in case it is still very hot to the touch).

+ Heats very quickly. Like the fact that you can close the grill while using it, but be careful as it works so efficiently when you do this that you can easily forget and burn things! Simple to use.

- The grill handle is difficult to attach and detach.

- The top oven is not ventilated so grilling and cooking pushes fumes out into the room when the door is opened which is not picked up by the the fume hood. The grill pan is a pain to locate to get best advantage from the grill elements. The removable handle is a waste of time.

I would have liked one more oven shelf and for the grill to be more substantial.

+ As my cooker slot is 55cms I had little choice BUT I am so pleased I had this one. It is the best cooker I have ever had. I love baking and the oven temperature is accuate, cooks evenly which is a very big plus when cake making. The exterior of the oven stays cool which makes it safer. I can actually bake in the second oven! The controls are easy to use even if you had poor mobility and the timer is so simple but again very accurate. All in all I could not wish for a better product

Not sure if I like control knobs where they are, as it can be difficult to reach pans on back burners when both front ones in use. Guess this will get a lot easier with regular use - still early days!

- Only three grill settings, low, medium, high. Low means one element, high all elements. The temperature of the elements themselves is not controllable.
Also, when hot plates are in use there is no visible indication they are on when on low settings

- Expensive and no other choice due to size contraints. Design of hob control panel not great compared with other cookers. Not convinced by the performance of small oven - items seem to take longer to cook than expected.

+ All round very good product main oven cookes much quicker and more evenley than our old gas cooker.

+ Oven heats up twice as fast my previous cooker which was almost double the price

+ Only GOOD point as opposed to standard operation was that the size fitted the space I had available.
I did notice at time of purchase that the price was less than I expected to pay. This has no doubt been the reason for by dissatisfaction with the lack of the usual features and the less than satisfactory finish.

- I really am not qualified to comment on the shortcomings but I must say that I am very dissapointed with this item. I would much have preferred to pay more for a better product but was restricted because of the space that was available.

+ Design Looks And Features

- Horrible Design on the toaster handle fiddly to fit.

+ Its great, easy to use and its a lovely size inside, most of the cookers were large on the outside but very small on the inside, its also a very nice looking cooker, that must be true as all of my friends and relations seem to think it would look better in their kitchen, so yes excellent.

- There are a couple of things which could be improved, firstly the grill pan could have smaller slats, as when i placed some of my food on to be grilled it kept falling through which was quite infuriating, so i have put a mesh on top to ease the problem, and secondly the clock area could have been raised or flush and perhaps the buttons could also be flush with the panel rather than raised as well, its just awkward for cleaning, but as far as i'm aware so far its great.

- Not easy to keep the ceramic top clean, but this may be a failing of all ceramic tops. The dials need some colour or a light to see what the temperature setting is.

+ A energy rating for both ovens. Both ovens are very well designed and are fully fledged and full-sized fan ovens; especially the top oven's size is simply brilliant as it is big enough that I can do most my everyday cooking in it, saving even more energy (whereas with my cookers before the top oven only ever was an extra when I needed additional oven space).
The cooking fields of the ceramic hob heat up nice and quick. The heat distribution is remarkably even, so no more moving around of sausages in the frying pan to get them all evenly done. The ceramic hob, as in fact the cooker as a whole, is easy to clean.

- The oven's cooling fan can be quite loud and, as it can run for quite some time after the oven has been turned off, can be a little scary if you are not used to it (I wasn't); but as soon as you get used to it you don't even hear it any more.

+ Easy to use, just plug in and go. Simple instruction book and comes in several widths. Good all round cooker with lots of shelves in the oven.

- Fan in top oven comes on when using the grill. Not sure this should happen or how to stop it.

+ Simple to use, good size second oven,The main Oven cooks very quickly I found that it was better to reduce oven settings by 20c less than asked for in receipes, light useful for checking on food and also for cleanining,handy that you can have the grill on quarter power. Pleasant to look at.

- Found hob too hot for simmering even on lowest setting. Grill difficult to clean as you cannot remove upper top and have to try and clean in between grill element. The main oven is very low down and I have to knee down to place thing in and out.

- Nit picking.... The control knobs are hard to clean around.

+ The product looks really nice and cooks things quicker than my last cooker. Being able to see your food in the oven through a glass door is great and it comes apart really easily so cleaning is no hassle

- The knobs along the front dont seem to come off for cleaning, so that bit always looks smeary, but I could be wrong, I just haven't dared to pull them too hard yet as its still so new!!
