+ The cutlery box keeps items apart so they all get cleaned very well. The top shelf area has a fold down shelf for long knifes and the like. This is in segments so you can use only what is needed of that shelf so making the other unused area available for tall glasses. This is our 3rd dishwasher and by far the best so far
- Cant think of anything about it that can be called bad.

Excellent cleaning
Easy to load
Good value for money having shopped around
Doesn't take that long to complete a cycle
Generally really pleased with product.
-
Makes quite a lot of noise compared to our old one, but cleans better.
I wish it had an adjustable bottom basket as its easier when washin large pans like pressure cooker.

+ This smaller machine does an excellent cleaning and cycling job and is excellent value for money. It is a remarkable improvement on the replaced (10 year old) machine; very clean and shiny results. Top marks
- noise suppression could have been much better. Casing at times rattles and seemingly no or too little noise deadening materials were used. This was a replacement for a full size Miele - downsizing because of only two in family now. The difference in noise is palpable.

+ Extremely quiet performance, washes and dries well.
- Not the easiest machine to load unless you have regular sized and shaped crockery. I can't get as much in it as my previous slimline Zanussi and it takes a lot longer to wash.
