+ LOOKS GOOD WITH LCD SCREEN. FINE ONCE YOU FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE IT. FOLD DOWN PRONGS IN LOWER BASKET A GREAT IDEA FOR LARGER BASKET. CLEANS FINE ONLY A COUPLE OF REJECTS SO FAR. CUTLERY BASKET GOOD.

- INSTUCTIONS VERY COMPLICATED. HAD TO RAISE UPPER SHELF IN ORDER TO FIT ANYTHING IN THE BOTTOM OR ELSE SPRAY ARMS WOULDN'T GO ROUND. IN DOING THIS THEN HAD TO REMOVE CUP RACKS SO BASICALLY HAVING 2 UPPER SHELF HEIGHTS IS POINTLESS.

+ 36 minute quick wash is excellent for everyday use.
Seems to hold a lot.

- The shape of the top basket makes loading cups and glasses a bit of a balancing act.

+ 30 min cycle, quiet, great environmental economy.

- Cups and glasses don't sit too well in top rack, need careful placing to remain upright. Collapsable platerack does it by itself!

- loading facilities are hopeless. My previous dishwasher was a Zannusi and the basket arrangements were excellent for allmy needs. The new facilities do not take dishes well. cups / glass racks are not good. Also does not clean some dishes well enough.

+ Very quiet, after my last dishwasher, I keep checking to make sure this one is actually working. There are 5 different wash cycles you can choose from so there is plenty of choice, there is also a delay timer. I was amazed with the cleaning performance, in fact i read a review of this machine stating that its cleaning performance was poor. All I can say to that is "Learn how to stack the dishes correctly!" There is a fold down rack in the bottom drawer which allows more room for bigger pots & pans etc. I read some negative comments about that too, but so far i have had no problems with it. In general this is a brilliant dishwasher. I heartily recommend it.

- The only slight negative comment i can make is that tall glasses dont sit too well in the top shelf. You can get them to sit, just pack them in.

- The wash tablet dispeser opens up onto the top shelf preventing it open enough to let tablet out. Have been onto Zanussi about this problem and was more or less told it was a problem with this model. Only advice was to use powder or long wash cycles. I am still going to get back to Zanussi because not satisfied with this comment.

+ It is very quiet.

- The clock alters the timing nearly every night. No two washes are the same time. Having had a Zanussi dishwasher for the last 18 years this new one is terrible for loading nowhere near as good as the old one. I bought this one on the understanding it was a low water usage. - for the cycles we use it isn't - very badly worded on the spec.

- Eco programme doesn't clean dishes very well, especially if dishes are even moderately soiled. Machine died completely after two weeks. Amount of water used info was misleading. Some programmes use considerably more than the amount advertised.

- You can not load glasses very well on the top shelf... as soon as you push the shelf in the glasses fall over.. 1 or two have smashed.....( VERY ANNOYING)

- Loading trays are rubbish! I don't know what sort of dolls house they are designed for! The upper tray is useless for mugs because they fall over, or stack badly, and as for the strange plastic clips - they just get in the way. Cutlery basket ok, but no good for outsized objects like large knives, scissors. lack of room for large plates without them banging together! Want any more points.......

+ I only ever need to use the 30 minute cycle as this cleans perfectly well. It is much quieter than my last dishwasher.
The cutlery basket is great as long as you take the lid off. Overall very quick and easy to use.

- The upper shelves are not great for cups or glasses as they are too narrow and the lower shelves are also a bit shallow so it is hard to balance wide/deep bowls etc.

- There has not been a load where all of the dishes are completly clean. The dishwasher tablet does not always disolve.

- I have had a Zanussi Dishwasher for 15 years. For some reason the new baskets are not as user friendly as the old ones...

+ Washers well, 1/2 hour cycle is very good. Quiet, good looking machine. Door at the bottom is not furring up, which is normally a problem with dishwashers

- The racks feel flimsy, especially the top basket. Door opening is not best feel, i.e. you just pull hard. The control buttons on the front are very 'untactile', they don't feel quality when you press them!

+ Generally I really like this dishwasher, its incredibly quiet and cleans very well. Its a vast improvement on my previous one (an Indesit) which let me down 50% of the time. Very glad I chose this one, great value for money.

- Having purchased it online and therefore not seen it before it arrived I was disappointed about the size of the top tray, it doesn't fit a lot in, it suits me ok but if your family get through a lot of glasses you might struggle. Also one of the racks on the bottom tray doesn't stay open, you have to get into the habit of putting a bowl in it first to wedge it open!

- The top shelf is absolutely diabolical. It is the worst design I have ever used on a dishwasher. There is hardly any room for the mugs and cups, and they and the glasses are constantly falling over. I am in touch with your customer services over this, as I ahve only just bought the machine (a month ago) and I feel that their attitude is disgusting. Yes, they reply each time, but then they are asking the same questions for details etc... it makes me wonder if they are reading the emials.

+ Holds more dishes, cups etc than my old Zanussi which i had had for 9 years. Very quiet and excellent cleaning results. Very good value for money so would definately recommend.

- Cups/glasses can fall over sometimes but only a minor criticism.

+ Cleans well, even gets my tea stained mugs sparkling. Has plate racks on bottom shelf that can be flattened making it easier to stack large pots/pans/oven trays. Has 30 min cycle option if you need some pans, recycling or dog bowls cleaned that don't need a long cycle. Various other options on programmes too such as delayed start (up to 19 hours) and is simple to understand how they work. It seems huge inside, but that could be because we had a slim line before. It is surprisingly quiet so you forget it's running.

- Most frequently used cleaning cycle by us is long (it's an auto option that adjust time according to how dirty water is), sometimes 140 minutes. It doesn't like it if things are stacked on top of each other, but you get used to how it likes to be stacked for optimum cleaning.

- smaller capacity than expected. Front opening doesn't stay down on its own - you have to physically hold it whilst trying to also load the dishes! A real nuisance.

+ very easy to use. Does the job it is supposed to do for the range it is in.

- You have to get into a routine way of loading it otherwise you can struggle to get everything in.

+ Quiet, compared to my old Bosch. Cleans well with 3-in-1 and 5-in-1 tablets.

- The brittle plastic handle by which you have to yank the door open is liable to break. (Handle and facae are formed from the same plastic and an engineer confirmed he has seen cracks where the handle joins the facade. He says this style has been on the market for just eight years.) So your AAA rated machine will be headed for the scrap yard rather sooner than it needs to. The top rack is bizarrely designed: pint glasses loll about drunkenly, wine glasses wobble, tumblers tumble. Apparently you can get 12 place settings into this machine. Just don't try real-life mugs, glasses or the kids' favourite dino bowls.
As is 'de rigeur' with dishwashers, it only has one water inlet. So, unless you have a mixer valve that dispenses water at 35o you have to heat up from cold, despite having an 80 litre tank of near boiling water sitting in your airing cupboard. How AAA is that?

+ My husband doesn't have to wash up any more! Deserves it after 24 years!

- The design of the top rack means that glasses and cups have to be wedged in to stop them from falling over. This really annoying feature is why I scored it so low. It doesn't quite have the 'solid build quality' feel as my previous dishwasher and the on/off switch could have been designed better

- Top tray is terrible. I had a Zanussi before this one and why they changed the design of the top tray I will nver know. Also, top tray must be placed in the upper position for plates that are even slightly larger than normal, thus reducing the height for glasses - not that you can get them to stand up in the upper tray anyway. Not a great product at all.
