- the thing nearly takes off according to zanussi its the floor of my kitchen thats a fault and the manchie is fine. Mind you i have the earlier model of this machine in my last flat and it was far better than the ideset and not very noisey.

+ Washes everything well each time, good cutlery spacer and folderable bottom rack to put saucepans in more easily, tells you when the cycle is finshed, good washing options

- Difficulty with bowls on top rung fitting in rack ( my denby bowls are quite big) cups can also move out of position when you close the top drawer but this is minor

+ 3 hour delay on start allows for economy 7 use.

- no quick wash that also dry's the quick wash is 40 minutes but does not dry the items, the next quickest is the 65c wash which takes 2 hours!

+ Quick cycle is brilliant, choice of differenet cycles excellent, very very quiet when on.

- Terrible to load, glasses and mugs fall over constantly.

- It takes twice as long as my old Zanussi, the layout inside is far worse, all the mugs and cups topple over, the little plates roll out of the top draw. Below the prongs are shorter and all the dishes fall forward, there is not a wider gap to put the grill pan in. The tablet falls out of the door into the corner and it doesn't get used up. I was under the illusion that dishwashers would have improved in the last 10 years, how wrong could I be!

+ Price, or so I thought but I would not buy one of these again.

- Top rack does not accomnodate cups/glasses very well. Dishwasher tablets do not appear to disolve unless hot wash is used, so economy washes are a waste of time. Altogether a poor choice of dishwasher

+ Cleans well on a 30 minute cycle.

- Top loading rack poorly designed, there is alot of wasted space.

+ Good cycle times compared with my old Zanussi dishwasher.

- Not as easy to load as my old dishwasher. Not enough room for mugs and bowls.

+ Never had a dishwasher before so this has been a new experience, and how did I manage without one for so long? The choice of cycles is great, 30 min wash and run gets the job done without having to worry about time, the eco cycle makes you feel less guilty although does take longer than the 70 degree wash, noise level is virtualy non existant and everything comes out sparkling, great value for money.

- Loading the dish washer, never seem to get as much in as demonstrated in the manual. Cup holders on the sides at the top are a pain as they can clip on and off as your stacking.

+ Easy to operate. This machine is used by students and needs to be plain and straightforward to use. A red light appears when the machine needs salt added and when rinse aid is required.

- The upper shelf is not the best layout. The bottom shelf does not take extra large/tall plates.

+ There is plenty of room in the dishwasher and it cannot be heard when it is on apart from if you put your ear against it. Dishes come out sparkling clean

- No where near as good as prevous whirlpool. Poor cleaning and not easy to load with limited space. Would not buy again.

+ THIS DISHWASHER IS VERY QUIET, AND CLEANS VERY WELL WITH A 5IN1 TABLET.
THE FAST WASH IS ALSO EXELLENT.

- I FIND LOADING THE TOP BASKET ABIT LIKE DOING A HARD JIGSAW PUZZLE. YOU ARE NOT SURE WHERE TO ACTUALLY PLACE THE ITEMS, AND I HAVE LOST SEVERAL GLASSES. (THEY WERE CRACKED AT THE END OF THE CYCLE)

- doesnt actually clean anything now. every time a load is put on, everything comes out dirty.

design of top shelf is very poor, not at all suitable for any quantity of drinking vessels, although it has plenty of space above there is hardly any flat space for cups or glasses

+ just a good all round dishwasher - nothing fancy and cleans well unless you stack it to the brim

- dirty doesn't get very clean on economy cycle

+ You can move the top shelf up and down to accommodate larger items.
There is a good choice of wash cycles and it was great value for money.

- Our mugs and glasses don't lie flat on the top shelf, when you place them on the shelf they tend to fall over.

+ Excellent value for money. The quick wash cycle is enough for most everyday washes provided you put it on quickly before food has hardened on - and that means you can take the washing out again half an hour later! Much better than our previous, more expensive but very slow dishwasher.

- It can be tricky to load - especially the top shelf where mugs and glasses don't fit as easily as on our last dishwasher.

+ Cheap and cheerful

- Terrible racks and programs take much too long. Product is very flimsy obviously not built to last!

+ Allows a 30 minute cycle for dishes that are not too heavily soiled.

- Can make loud clunking noise when washing. Quite deep and so sticks out a little from under work surface.

+ Movable utensil racks on top shelf which can be put in the upright position when not in use, very handy when stacking tall glasses on the top shelf.

- Our last dishwasher had three time delay settings of 3 hrs, 6hrs and 9hrs which meant that we could set it for during the economy electricity period at night. This only has a 3hr setting.
That is the only real downside of this machine.

Rack configuration isn't bad but it could be better

+ Having had a Zanussi dishwasher for the last 13 years I decided to stay with the same product. I found the dishwasher very quiet and easy to install. Although there is not a great range in wash cycles, I only ever used one or two anyway, which this machine has. I find it cleans well. I have not had to use the highest washing cycle yet. The silver effect looks nice too. Overall good value for money.

- The design of the internal baskets are terrible. I find that I cannot fit as much in as my previous Zanussi dishwasher. In my old machine I put all my glasses, cups, etc in the top basket but with this one they fall over. Very frustrating. On the outside, the door handle seems rather flimsy. I can see it breaking sometime in the future because it is only plastic.

+ The upper loading shelf is really easy. With other washers I've had wine glasses etc have been difficult, not with this.

+ For its price, I think this is a very good product. I really do not have any specific points to highlight but the machine is certainly doing what I want it to.

+ The dishwasher is very quiet and holds 2 days worth of dishes. The glasses and cutlery look very clean once they have been washed.

- The system is a bit slow and has damaged one or two mugs in the short time I have used it. Even in eco mode the dishwasher uses 18l of water which is bad if you have a water meter.

+ The adjustable top shelf is a great advantage. I like to use "big plates" and these easily fit into the bottom tier when the top tier is moved upwards.
The dishes always come out clean.

- I sometimes have problems loading bowls in the bottom tier. It can be a bit tricky getting them to slide into place.
I find the cups don't sit very well in the top tier. It's as if it's not wide enough to fit the cups on properly and they topple forward.I also feel there is not enough room to fit 2 rows of cups each side of the appliance. It just takes a lot of rearranging to sort but once sorted the cleaning results are good.

+ Good value for money, operates extremely quietly and good choice of progs.

- Top drawer good be designed better - really awkward to load glass ware - items tends to move within the wash progs.

+ 30 minute cycle is useful and does clean dishes and there is a good choice of programs.

- very difficult to stack with bowls - not enough appropriate spaces
dishwasher tablets fequently do not fully disolve which seems to be a design fault with the way the compartment is arranged, the dishwasher compartment lid cannot fully open when when you have closed the machine door to start the program.

- Poor design of cutlery basket - most of our cutlery is too big to fit through the slots. The prongs are too close together making it difficult to load crockery evenly, particularly bowls and dishes which tend to fall against each other. Impossible to fit in roasting trays with dinner plates as the whole of the bottom plate rack folds down rather than just half. The soap tablet door does not always open during the cycle meaning a second wash is necessary. I don't know why we bought it!

+ Not too complicated - not too many options.

- Don't like the cup shelves in the top section or the small dish/saucer slots - things slip out. We use a lot of mugs and glasses and always run out of secure places to put them.Folding plate rack is irritating - would be better with a clip of some sort so it is either up or down.

- A little bit flimsy and the top shelf is not as sturdy as predecessor model. Also more awkward to load with very large items such as microwave glass plates which fit easily into predecessor models.

- Poor loading of cups,plates. The plastic cover on the cutlery tray that held individual KFS has been discarded as completely useless, as not all KFS fitted!... as have the plastic fold over 'things' on the top shelf. What were they supposed to do again?

Does not always start when pressing the start button, so a press and hold for 3 seconds on the cancel button is required.
