The top basket is poorly designed and is difficult to load glasses and cups. The last dishwasher we had was the same internal; dimensions but because of design, it could hold more variations of pots etc. there is already enough space in the lower basket for plates and dishes and so the top basket should be able to hold more cups/glasses.

Some pots, pans, plates do have to be rinsed beforehand to remove eg tomatoe sauce! Knife/fork/spoon containter holes not quite big enough to load knives properly - I have to put them in handle first, blade sticking up - it suggests blade first to avoid accidents, but they don't fit in the holes that way!!!

the rack that folds down in the bottom is very good much easier to load pots and pans, also like the fact that you can lower / higher the top rack, filter is easy to clean and the 3 hour delay is great as i can set it ready to go and then do a load of clothes washing in the meantime ( this means that as they both run from the same water supply not too much strain is put on either machine ) by the time the washing machine is finished the dishwasher starts automatically shortly after and saves me the worry about having to remember to switch it on
-
the rack at the top needs to be redesigned in respect of the fact that none of the mugs or glasses stay standing upright i only use normal size mugs so it can't be said that is the problem ! that is my only bad thing to say about the machine overall it is excellent !

Great dishwasher for the price. I search around for a while and finally decided on this model. Was tempted by other dishwashers with all the bells and whistles but realistically you will only ever use one or two settings 99% of the time. The 30 min wash is absolutely fine for normal plates and cups etc and even for pots and pans. I haven't had to use any of the other (more intense) cleaning setting yet. You can adjust the height of the top shelf which is great if you have large plates or pots and pans going on the bottom shelf.
-
I tried the Eco setting, which I beleive uses less water than the other settings, but it lasts for about 2 hours which is just unnecesarry as the dishes are clean after 30 mins.

It takes twice as long as my old Zanussi, the layout inside is far worse, all the mugs and cups topple over, the little plates roll out of the top draw. Below the prongs are shorter and all the dishes fall forward, there is not a wider gap to put the grill pan in. The tablet falls out of the door into the corner and it doesn't get used up. I was under the illusion that dishwashers would have improved in the last 10 years, how wrong could I be!

Never had a dishwasher before so this has been a new experience, and how did I manage without one for so long? The choice of cycles is great, 30 min wash and run gets the job done without having to worry about time, the eco cycle makes you feel less guilty although does take longer than the 70 degree wash, noise level is virtualy non existant and everything comes out sparkling, great value for money.

Having had a Zanussi dishwasher for the last 13 years I decided to stay with the same product. I found the dishwasher very quiet and easy to install. Although there is not a great range in wash cycles, I only ever used one or two anyway, which this machine has. I find it cleans well. I have not had to use the highest washing cycle yet. The silver effect looks nice too. Overall good value for money.

The design of the internal baskets are terrible. I find that I cannot fit as much in as my previous Zanussi dishwasher. In my old machine I put all my glasses, cups, etc in the top basket but with this one they fall over. Very frustrating. On the outside, the door handle seems rather flimsy. I sometimes have problems loading bowls in the bottom tier. It can be a bit tricky getting them to slide into place.
I find the cups don't sit very well in the top tier. It's as if it's not wide enough to fit the cups on properly and they topple forward.I also feel there is not enough room to fit 2 rows of cups each side of the appliance. It just takes a lot of rearranging to sort but once sorted the cleaning results are good.

Simple to select programme. Quiet.

Loading trays not well designed so difficult to fit in full load. Build quality feels flimsy, especially the main door catch.

The load and eat wash is particularly useful for busy Mums/families
The collapsable rack in the bottom is brilliant for dishes and pans.
The filter is extremely easy to take out and wash afterwards

None that I can think of.

Very quiet, easy to program, 30 minute cycle does an effective wash

A little bit flimsy and the top shelf is not as sturdy as predecessor model. Also more awkward to load with very large items such as microwave glass plates which fit easily into predecessor models.

Quiet.

Poor loading of cups, plates. The plastic cover on the cutlery tray that held individual KFS has been discarded as completely useless, as not all KFS fitted!... as have the plastic fold over 'things' on the top shelf. What were they supposed to do again?
Larger dishes do not always clean.
Does not always start when pressing the start button, so a press and hold for 3 seconds on the cancel button is required.
