Zanussi ZWF12070 reviews: Front Loading loading, 6kg capacity washing machine

+ The programmes reflect the contents of my dirty washing basket - synthetic washes at 50 and 40, delicates at 40 and 30, wool 40 and handwash programme at 30, sports shoe programme 40 as well as standard heavy duty cotton washes at all temperatures. Very easy to programme and has delay start of 3, 6 or 9 hours - useful for me on Economy 7 electricity.

+ Easy to use, noise level as expected for washing machine!! Great results and really happy with price we paid. Lots of different washing options and even a time delayer which is cool.

- when finish washing you know, but the light tays on and fyou have to bring it to o, or it stays on all the time. Programes are a bit complicated i only use 40 per cent

- Not sure whether the door is shut sometimes, you have to check.

+ When setup correctly, the machine at full spin makes very little noise. The delay function is handy for getting in late and putting a wash on at a more respectable time.

- Cycle times are long and hard to judge. The outlet pipe needed extending which was annoying but very easily fixed.

- Only had the product a month so no real bad points found so far. If I was to be really picky I'd say that its mildly annoying that at the end of a wash there is a collection of water left inside the seal which I need to clean up to avoid black mouldy bits forming.

- Unable to change temp down to 30 degrees.

- I find it not rinsing and can see on dark clothing washing powder stains and have had to rinse again

- In the write up it gives a quick wash time of 30min, am yet to find this cycle. !st time i used the machine

+ The settings make it really easy and simple to use, the machine is cosmetically nice to look at and the drawer is very easy to remove and clean.

- Cycle times are long on an Eco setting, but that is to be expected as it is saving energy. No time remaining indicator.

- In a tightly packed kitchen the knobs stick out further than the old machine so have a problem using a drawer but hope to overcome that with some ingenious ideas.

+ This is my third Zanussi, the first two proved reliable over a number of years so I didn't hesitate in replacing with a new model

- As with all modern machines, the cost of repairs make them uneconomical so it means that many good machines are scrapped before there time

- Wash cycle for a regular wash is slightly longer than I would prefer.

+ Love the sports shoe cycle, which has been used several times. I would recommend this machine to anyone, great value, super wee machine, does the job it was bought for!!

+ my last Zanussi lasted around 10 years but then started to develope little faults!, they a are a very good machine and thei lastest one is much lighter when being moved, I really wanted a dearer one but had a senior moment and put in the wrong details, enever the I am completely satisfied with this one...

- I cannot fault the machine at this moment but I will see how it run over the next few years...
