+ The product is simple to use, the only downside is that it is a little noisy when spinning. I would say overhaul it is good value for money and there's a good variation of cycles, also I love the time delay because you can put in the washing before going to bed and it's ready to hang out when you get up; depending on the weather of course but it's not the machines fault if it's raining.

- Just the noise factor when spinning, however I still think it's good value for money.

Daily clean and Quick wash programmes are fast and effective.
Timer delay works well and countdown timer to end of wash is v useful.
Have used the Super-eco programme overnight a few times and it doesn't wake me up (if you don't spin!).

- The final spin is louder than I would like, but it doesn't last very long - and you can delay the spin til the morning if you're washing overnight.
I've had one incident of a technical glitch; when I did my first timer-delayed wash I came down in the morning to find it had an error message and wouldn't open (the explanation for the message was "electrical fault"). However it was fine once I'd switched it off and on again and had actually washed and spun everything fine. No further probs since.

+ It has three economy cycles to choose from. I really like the fact that I am able to adjust the temperature and spin speed when using one of the economy cycles to suit the garments I have inside the load.

- I would have liked the door to open from the opposite side, because of the machine location in my little kitchen. I am disappointed that I cannot remove the detergent tray to clean it out.

- You cannot spin only a single or very few items. It has sensors on it that cannot pick up a couple of items so rinses but does not spin I have to add items. No mention of this in booklet and I had to phone up because I thought machine was broken.

- It could have had a half wash feature. Also small items like socks can sometimes get caught in the doorway

+ Our new washing machine is a dream. Our previous machine was over 15 years old and this new one is so straight forward to use and dries the clothing.
Recommended. You can turn the spin speed down and the clothes still come out just as dry.

+ It looks nice and has a display. It has good size drum (not too big and too small). Very easy to use.

- I can find water inside the drum even if I close a water tap. When it spins on max it look like it wants to explode. I can not change the washing time, I must use only preprogrammed times. Does not remind me that it finished with sound but only with flashing display "END", so I can easily forget take the laundry out after finishing.

- Thick concentrated liquid does not always get washed out of the soup despenser, no hot pipe inlet, only cold, so doesn't take advantage of already available hot water supply.

- Small items - like a sock - tend to get trapped in the rubber just inside the door and don't get spun with the rest of the washing. This leaves a soaking wet item at the end of the cycle.

+ Good size drum, very quiet (at least complared to my previous machine) but I haven't had it long enough to rate reliability etc. Like the timer, and my husbands LOVES the quick wash.
