Whirlpool ART4774 Reviews: Tall, White fridge freezer

+ Glass Shelves; Very efficient; silent mechanism; well covered salad drawers so food keeps well

- Would prefer covered shelf area in door for cheeses, etc. Door shelf positions not very versatile - top shelf too high to reach, next position too close to the bottom shelf to be of use.

+ Good capacity

- Shelfs aren't vert sturdy

+ This product does what it says, unfortunately the 'built-in' claim requires work.

- Installation instructions were vague and lacked precise detail. To adjust hinges on the 'built-in' door requires that the freezer is totally removed from the housing unit, this will take a long time. Due to lack of detailed instructions the freezer door catches the frame and will require refitting.

+ Quiet, more energy efficient than other models we looked at

- Would prefer if one of the fridge door compartments had a lid, for keeping cheese etc fresh

+ Clean design. Runs very quietly.

- Installation into the cabinet made difficult as the only instructions were a diagrammatic representation that wasn't easy to follow - obviously simpler in a multi-lingual market but clearer instructions would have mede the job much easier.
Not much space for large bottles as the shelves are not very deep - restricted to door space only.

Freezer with clear drawers makes it easy to see contects.
Freezes well.
Quiet running.
