Whirlpool ARC4000 Reviews: Frost Free, Tall, White fridge freezer

+ Good fridge capacity for the size of combined unit. Rapid ice making capability. Good fridge door shelf capacity

- Fast freeze compartment up and over door inclined to jamb/fall out (bad design). Vegetable chiller bin too small for size of fridge.

+ Lovely layout of the fridge, it's quiet and was just excellent value for money. I'm really pleased with my purchase and would happily recommend it.

+ I like the design and the sliding shelf at the top of the fridge, handles seem to be quite strong. on the whole good to look at.

- the oor shelves in the fridge could have been a beeter shape, and perhaps a little deeper for taking cartons of milk.

The door is phenomenally hard to open.
Seems to be on "Cool" most of the time, which can't b good news for the environment.

- The fridge seems to be constantly running and is quite noisy, I do not know what this means yet in terms of energy efficiency, but it is quite annoying. On a design front it escapes me why anyone would put the freezer on the top and the fridge at the bottom, though this seems to be a common trend in this price catergory.
