needs two patient people to assemble, with muscles and a logical brain - not the easiest to put together but is worth it.

It looks great once its assembled. The stand is very well constructed, looks good and oozes quality.
-
Don't attempt to assemble the stand unless you have power tools to complete the job, there is absolutely no way you could screw the separate pieces together using a hand held screwdriver. Fixing the glass shelf onto the main stand presented a bit of a challenge and I'm very disappointed that once it's in place that my sky+ HD box overhangs the edge of the shelf. Also I cannot locate the HD box in the centre of the shelf because the HDMI lead from the HD box is located in the centre of the unit and there isn't enough clearance between the back of the HD box and the stand. If you are going to use the shelf for a blu ray player there shouldn't be any problem with size.

Looks very tidy, much neater than floor-standing shelf units

Very physically demanding to assemble (you have to screw self-tapping screws into metal). Also I couldn't get the shelf to stay on, but luckily I don't need it

Looks very good. Hides all the cables and is a rock solid quality product.

Fixing the base to the vertical column using the self tapping screws was hard. If a longer/better allen key and a tube to guide the screw was provided this would be a great improvement.

Ease of assembly - the screws did not have any threads at all. I had to pay to get someone in to do this for me, as I had nowhere to stand the 40" TV that I had just had delivered.

Bloody nightmare to put together the bolts were almost impossible to turn to fix the base secure. The shelf bracket was also awkward to fit to the stem.

Looks classy with nice clean lines to compliment the new flat screen televisions. Gets away from the box shape, one size fits all stands that can be found everywhere.

Very strong and robust... no fear that your TV is not on a stable base. Very sleek and compliments the TV well. Clear instructions.
-
Although this is a top end product, it is still slightly on the pricey side. Make sure you have your own ratchet or allen key to put this together as the one supplied is not man enough to do the job and made the job much more difficult and frustrating than it needed to be.

VERY difficult to assemble. I'm experienced in DIY and yet found the assembly very tough, mainly because of the self-tapping screws in the base of the stand.

Good looking unit.

Assembly with the tool provided is impossible. The method for fitting the main trunk to the base with self-tapping screws is not suitable for home assembly - the trunk should be fitted with threaded inserts so that bolts could have been used. The fixing meathod for the shelf brackets is a joke. Also, I would have preferred that the shelf be rectangular - not wider at the back. When have you ever seen a DVD or video player thats wider at the back?

- Looks and feels great, solid with quality build.
- very compact and light, modern look
- TV rotates with one finger, very easy
- Support wide range of heights
-
- Mounting is quite time consuming and a bit painful (esp very long screws for the base), but it's all worth it.
- Cable management: not a lot of space there and a bit cumbersome to lay cables in the groove

I bought this stand on the internet as all the stands in the shops were too bulky and the colours did not suit. My TV is situated in a tight corner in my sitting room. It is just perfect and looks very tasteful, I bought the extra shelf as I have the multichannel unit and a dvd player.

With freesat connection the bolt on support hadto be modified by cutting a small piece out so the ariel connection could be screwed onto the tv. Also the wire from my blu-ray dvd is in a position which very slightly fouls a perfect symmetry when sitting the box on the glass shelf.
