+ Very stylish and adaptable, not visible when TV mounted

- Not straighforward to put up, certainly not single-handed.
Instructions use no language, only pictures, and sequences are not very clear. It would be helpful if somewhere mention were made of the fact that not all the parts provided are necessary for each individual installation. I was left with more speares than were actually used.
Price is on the high side.

+ wonderful in the room. moves smoothly but feels substantial. swivels easily for different angles.Can't comment about ease of fitting, but my carpenter found it quite straightforward

- adjusting the tilt mechanism is too fiddly and far too difficult to reach when you consider that the tv is back against the wall and when you pull it out your hand hits the wall while you are trying to fit in the key to make the alteration

- difficult to fit lots/large cables inside

- Cable management is poor. Not really sufficient space to easilly route cables. Also plastic cable cover on the arm is difficult to fit when thick scart cables are used. My TV has three hdmi, two Scart plus vga cables and power. There's no way the cable managment of this bracket can cope. It struggles when just using one hdmi, one paower and a scart cable!

+ The instructions were very clear and the arm is very steady. The movement of the arm is a little stiff, but it does give the impression of being very strong.

- The amount of cables in the casing is a little restrictive,

+ Glides easily in and out, and makes it impossible to bang the wall. Looks stylish and of a high quality.

The instructions were a little difficult to understand initially, but once you got your head around which pictures related to your bracket it was OK.

+ The look, flexibility and quality of the product are superb but the construction instructions are awful.

- One set of instructions and parts covers multiple models. The model I purchased only needs a fraction of the total screws and washers provided which is very confusing. It would be much more user friendly to provide cusotmised packs and instructions.

- Some items of product may not have all the nuts,screws and/or bolts included to cater for the different size fitments.
