+ a nice compact handset, easy to use, loads of features for the price

- the battery cover was very difficult to put back on and initially wouldn't stay in place as it kept popping open in one corner; the charging slot was underneath the silver trim on the side that had to be moved carefully as it appeared to be extremely fragile

+ its small, loud ring tone.

Features were good, style and price both excellent.

- The only feature that really let this phone down for me was sound quality. Both, when on the phone and the ringtone(s) Phone could not be heard when in a pocket for instance

+ THE PHONE IS COMPACT AND HAS EVERTHING THAT I NEED ON IT. VERY HAPPY WITH IT.

- Should have bought a Nokia. The key pad is hard to use. The preditive text is hard to use and the dictionary is really in adequate. Will be changing this phone out as soon as I can.

+ Nice light weight phone. Ideal if you don't want to spend alot of money. Looks good. Easy to use. But this is the reason I purchased the phone, I wanted something simple without all the extras, I just want to make calls and text.

- Screen quality isn't the best. Battery Life isn't good

- I text a lot and find I need to delete messages to ensure box has enough space to receive new messages. The battery life isn't as long as my previous phone, but I will get used to this.

+ It's really thin and has anything you possibly need for everyday use. It's also really easy to use!

- The battery life is not so great.

+ Extremely good value for money, especially for occasional users like me. It's a lovely design, it's quite flat and looks very stylish. Not cheap at all! I only use the phone to send the odd text and for incoming calls, or to be available in an emergency. I was actively looking for something without any gadgets, although I did quite fancy the radio function. I didn't expect it to have any good sound and reception quality, but both are excellent.

- the only bad point is that the earpiece volume is not loud enough and cannot be increased. (if it IS possible I am unable to find that function)

+ i love it as a second phone. its colour attracted it to me. really wanted the lime green one but out of stock and needed a second phone. value for money you cant complain.

- if it had been my only phone i would have been disappointed but then i wouldnt have bought such a cheap one. the camera is no good and the battery doesnt last very long at all if you use the phone.

+ As far as I'm concerned it can make and receive calls & texts therefore it's good enough for me.

- None really; did have to buy a seperate device to allow me to transfer music from my computer to an SD card, but that was the only slightly annoying thing. There is an inhibitor for ringtone volume I think (it can't turn as loud as the music player so I have trouble hearing it in public occasionally), However it allows you to turn up the radio/music very loud, which would be more likely to damage your hearing than the phone ringing.

+ Fairly easy to use and small to fit in bag. Camera ok

- Need to read manual to find out quite simple things like word correction when texting - could these not go in the quick guide. Also when texting after a full stop it does not automatically revert to Abc so you have to press the star key after a full stop to get the capital for the next sentence.

+ Cheap, does what it says on the box.

- Key protection weak, can switch on whilst in pocket or bag.

+ It's a nice looking, slim phone that is excellent value for money and does all you need if all you want is a basic phone for texting and calling people.

- The only problem I've found so far is that you don't get smileys, but that's what you get for the money I suppose so it isn't a complaint as such!!

- Hard to change features. Impossible to change format of contact entries. Loaded with games, but only demos, and these didn,t work.

+ a good fun little phone that does all the essentials, and does them well - perfect for a teenager in its' fubnky colours, without spending a fortune. Bought one for my daughter ( at her expense!) after her more expensive phone went through the wash and gave up the ghost - apparently it is so cool that her brother now wants one instead of his more costly phone!

- the keys take a little getting used to - not the defined "click" that you may be used to with other phones, but really only a small negative when you consider the cost.

+ it has everything i need for a basic phone and the prices arent too bad either. it is nice and small and light and easy on the eye.

- the camera is pretty bad and also i do not like the way you have to view your photo album as you can hardly make out what the pictures are, it is not good for that at all.

+ this fone has lots of texts and talk time. also there were no roaming charges whilst i was away in spain so i got great value for money. it is a sylish fone and comes in great colours

- I have found that I was unable to download from other sources. This may be due to not registering first? but this is my first phone with internet access so it may be just inexperience on my part. No leather case available yet so had to get one for another phone.
