+ Excellent suction and good at removing dog hairs which is why I bought it anyway. Very pleased with all accessories that came with it - extremely good value for money compared to the brand I previously favoured (dyson). Perfect for cleaning the car also.

+ I thought my last hoover had good suction until i got this one, it is very easy to empty, great for pet hairs, lots of attachments with it for various jobs.

+ Turbo brush gets up alot of the dirt and hair that other vacuums seem to have trouble with.

- Hair and dirt collects very quickly on the turbo brush and this requires attention very early on (we've only used the vaccuum about 5 times and it needs clearing already.
