+ Strong suction and beating action removes resiliant dog hairs

- Hose is a little short, and wheels do not follow tha easily

- Heavy to drag around. Crevice tool which sits in handle of hose constantly falls out! Difficult to empty.

Both Carpet and Laminate flooring, no need to brush the laminate/wood anymore.
