+ This hoover has good suction power, the light is also useful, the tools are easy to attach, easy to empty.

- I find that the tiny stones that seen to arrive in doors that stick in the soles of your shoes, most of the time the hoover might pick them up but seem to spit them back out.

+ Very good suction on main part of hoover

- Hardly any suction with the tools very disappointed. Parts of the hoover were tools and wire is stored broke easily when knocked, hoover tips over when using the tools.

+ easy to use, all tools to hand and my 87 year old mother loves it because it picks up all the dog hairs, she is registered blind but is able to find her way round this vax very well including emptying itand putting the dust collecter back and cleaning the filters.

- it is heavy for older folk to get up and down stairs.

+ Great value for money, lots of good equipment, good light, no lose of suction, extra long cord, extra piece of tubing. Easy to fitted together.

- Brittle plastic pieces which break easily, especially for the plastic tube storage and the hook for wrapping the cord around, putting the bagless container back is difficult and the suction is affected by this, also still quite heavy.

+ The Vax has a good suction and is easy to empty.

- when using the hose to vacuum under furniture the Vax pulls over very easily, so far I have been hit on the shoulder blade, which was sore for a couple of days, and it has nearly hit my young son who likes to help a couple of times as it just topples over without the hose being stretched to its full length.
I have the power lead looped through the handle, as where it comes out of the body of the Vax it trails on the floor and tends to get stood on, so by having it up high I am no longer standing on it.

+ Very powerful. Excellent attachments. Gets very close to edge. My previous vacuum cleaner was awful so anything would be an improvement; i'm unable to compare to a dyson but certainly made a huge difference to the state of my carpet. Recommend it!

+ i was really impessed with the attachements far superior compared with the dyson i had previously. the headlamp is inspired who thought of that one? this may sound really sad but quite enjoy my vacuming now .... see there is life after a dyson!!
