+ Nice compact design. Looks nice too. Works straight out of the box, barring adding a little solution and water - very easy to do. It is gratifying to be able to see the dirty water building up.

- It's quite tiring doing stairs - where it seems best suited. The brush head cannot be fully cleaned becasue there is no way to get into the fange behind the mouthpiece. It would be good to have the addition suggested below because i would not have to kneel for the whole cleaning task - I could stand up wheich would be less stressful on my body. Would liketo have additionally a long rigid tube and a hinged mouthpiece so it could be used on spots oj the carpet without having to kneel down. Also a wider brush and really narrow brush heads would increase the places it could be used.

+ Works well as a spot cleaner. Managed to remove some old black marks from light coloured carpet so pleased with performance. We bought it to remove stains that the spray type spot cleaners and scrubbing can't deal with and for that - perfect. Deals well with our toddler's spills. Small and easy to store.

- If you want to do a large area - would suggest a full size cleaner.

+ It's ideal for mopping up small spills, which is what it was bought for

- A little pricey compared to the larger vax cleaners

+ Well designed, very powerfull - excellent performance for a small unit. Perfect for stairs, cars and small areas. Overall a very impressive bit of kit.

+ Does a good job on small stains - but don't think you can clean your entire carpet with this - that's not what it's designed for!

+ Excellent product and easy to use. There was a stain on the carpet that nothing I had tried before would remove but with the Vax it had gone within minutes.

+ Compact and easy to use. Good sucking power really gets the carpets clean. Portability made it excellent for cleaning the car carpets

- could do with a turbo brush

+ Portable & provides a good cleaning peformance. Ideal for furniture & stair carpets.

- Cleaning hose could have been a little longer but this probably would have effected its portability.

+ Easy to use. Just fill up with water and soap then plug in.

- Brush head too big and not flexible enough. Not good for small spaces inside vehicles.
