- Unit is so powerful that it blows out air in front of the unit blowing dust all over the house so is counter productive! Handle cheap design and unconfortable to hold. Cable very short.

+ It's easy to empty, and picks up pet hair brilliantly.

- Hose does not stretch enough for stairs.

+ Picks up well and can see a difference in my carpets

- The lead is too low and when hoovering am afraid I am going to hoover up the lead as it needs to be higher.

+ Power of the vacuum is amazing and it picks up the dirt really well.

- The flex is to short,also the on and off switch on the vacuum cleaner is in an awkward place,and is cheap and doesnt look like it will take much for it to break.

+ Simply the most effective upright vacuum that I have used, when used on a mix of carpets. It really does a good job on floors.

- Terrible inflexible hose for use with attachments. Won't even stretch to reach ceiling corners without having to lift the vacuum off of the ground, and could only use up to the second stair, before having to carry the machine with me, and it's too heavy for that kind of use. I'm already thinking of buying one of those "universal" vacuum extension sets. A real shame, because the suction is amazing.

+ this hoover is light and easy to use, however the handle isnt the best to hold onto, but once you get use to this its great, hoovers carpets brilliantly, and picks everything up.

- the cord isnt very long and needs emptied weekly, but thats about its only faults, very good value for money.
