+ GOOD SUCTION

- TOO HEAVY

+ Very Very Good suction with no loss so far, (didnt know carpet was so mucky untill i used this)

- can be hard to push on thick carpet for elderly , as suction is very good

+ Had a Dyson which lasted 11yrs (still slightly going) but they are soooo expensive, I thought I'd have a change. I am very pleased with the vacuum, I've decided to call it Bob? Excellent sucking power, I'm sure we had a hamster? Great for all floors, I have a deep pile rug and couldn't believe how much muck the rug had devoured. Extra length of hose comes in handy when doing the stairs. Didn't think that it would get close enough to furniture but it does. Overall it's a very good vacuum and I would recommend it.

- Extremely heavy for a 5ft 4" wimp, I now have one bicep twice the size of the other. I thought the bin having the one touch open thingy on it would save all the hassle of me getting dusty and having to drag the rubbish out but it hasn't (could just be my machine...could just be me?). I have found that using the hose without the extension, the vacuum has a tendancy to topple onto me (thus giving me concussion but thats fine because the fact that it sucks up everything in sight compensates for that) but using it with the hose extension and forward facing the vacuum the balance of the vacuum is good. It's quite noisy but that really isn't a bad point if it drowns out moaning children!

+ Very easy to use, good attachments, easy to empty

- Very Heavy, small cylinder to collect dirt and fluff therefore needs to be empties frequently

+ mini tool is good on stairs and in the car for pet hairs

- Very heavy and hard to push, not great on hard floors,

+ easy retractable lead, tools that stay on when in use. easy to clean and empty. overhaul very user friendly.

+ Easy to empty, great for pet hair removal, hose reaches to top of stairs, brush bar auto stops, has alight so you can see under tables, cord rewinds, everything easily accessable.

- Lots - very very heavy, awkward to move around, dirt gets stuck in cyclone bit and very difficult to empty, turbo boost nozzle doesn't suck.

+ Very impressed with this vac, it does exactly as it says, really good on hard floors as well as carpets, compared to other vac's I have had, this has been the easiest to use on stairs,

- Rubber handle is already starting to wear away!!

+ Excellent at picking up dog hairs. the tools are excellent.

- Quite difficult to store as v. large.
