+ flexible connectability. Its got everything that the common user would need really. no high spec picture quality, but everything you would need in a tv.

- being harsh but its a personal preference.... The main buttons i.e. power on, channels, volume are at the top of the tv and not the bottom.

+ good picture and sound - it is also slim and the bracket to fix it to the wall is relatively cheap

- major problem - which is why i rated it so low for design - is the bright blue stand by light.
i bought it for a bedroom - it literally lights it up to such an extent that you can not only read by it, but can get no sleep!
it's good value - but do not put it in the bedroom unless you are an extremely heavy sleeper!

+ Previous tv was a wee 13inch so this tv has been a vast improvement. Dont realise how bad old tv was until installed my new one. Picture quality, sound quality and size all brilliant!! Love it

- Only thing annoys me, wen first turn tv on and use the remote right away eg. change the volume, press increase volume and it doesnt stop. If u turn tv on and leave it for 30-60mins then use the remote, everything works fine.

- You have to look at the screen straight on or you get black patches.
DVD action seems a bit vulnerable to going wrong. It hasn't yet but I wouldn't be surprised.

+ Easy to set up. A feature packed item at a good price. The item was bought for a smallish room and is more than adequate product for that sort of use or indeed as a bedroom television.

- Sound could be better although it is only a relatively small TV. Blue light, which shines when on standby, is a little annoying but it does serve as an obvious reminder to switch off at the mains.

+ Excellent TV for the money, really good quality, really good sound and when you watch HD programs or use a HD player of some format the quality is perfect.

- When a DVD is left in when you turn off the tv and turn it on again the dvd wants to start up.

- When yoy switch the set off, the standby light shines too brightly, have to turn TV off at the plug

+ Bargain price for the features. And being able to use it as a computer screen was an added bonus.

- The viewing angle is a little limited. You really need to be sat square on in front of it to get the best picture. Would recommend a tilting wall stand.

- remote control is a little cluttered, but nothing to bother you at the price. This is a bargain.

- The picture colour is quite poor and hard to adjust. The transformer thing on the plug heats up quite a bit. The channel display and info is very hard to read unless you are standing beside the tv. There is a delay when the channels are changed, not instantly but a few seconds into the new channel. The dvd has to be removed when you want to watch tv. The menu must be referred to every time you move from digital to analong.
