+ Extreme clarity of sound - we can hear baby breathing and the laarm clock ticking! The night light is more than adequate for night time feeds, but not so intrusive as to wake baby too much.
Having lights on the parent unit means you can turn the sound off to ignore crying if you need to!

- It is quite easy to turn the night light on and off by mistake when picking up the parent unit.
Some random flickering of the lights on the parent unit if other monitors are in use in the house.

+ Very clear, reliable sound. Baby's breathing is amplified for peace of mind.

- The parent unit battery runs low within a couple of hours of being off the recharging cradle, then it annoyingly beeps until replaced. It took us a while to realise that the parent unit has to be pushed into the cradle for the light to come on and reacharging to take place. This was annoying in the first few weeks of having a newborn at home when the beeps kept coming and we didn't know why! We know to wait for the charger to beep once now.

+ brilliant product, i can hear my little boy breathing on it, its crystal clear sound and permenant connection. well worth the extra money. had a premier advance model before, but got the digital ones when others went faulty and do not regret my decision. good that the parent unit is rechargable aswell.

+ This monitor offers a lot of additional features that others don't, however, we've found that we don't use them, so they're a bit wasted on us. We bought this particular monitor of the recommendation of a friend who had purchased several different monitors but found that this one was by far the best.

- As a first time parent I found I'm finding it difficult to completely trust leaving our daughter in a room on her own without being able to check that she's breathing. I often find that we cannot clearly her via the monitor due to static interference, but I'm not sure whether that's the monitor or where we've positioned the base unit.

- easy to turn on light accidentally, and the battery does not last long, also when travelling the walkabout section beeps as it turns on easily, should be a switch to turn off

+ This product is excellent. The clarity is superb and it picks up every sound clearly. The temprature and tak back features are fantastic.

- None at all. I would highly recomend this to anyone.

+ I am hearing impaired so wanted a monitor which would vibrate to wake me at night. This one is brilliant - i can switch it to vibrate mode when i am sleeping and it is strong enough (under my pillow) to wake me.

- The battery charge doesn't last the whole night.
