Matt, Londinium , “Work in consumer affairs”

+ Love the size; it's very small.
It's an incredible bit of kit and does what you want.
Like the free download voices.

- Was advertised as having bluetooth calling but as far as I can see it doesn't have this.
The power socket is very fiddly and hard to get into the base of the unit, which seems so daft when you think about the ingenuity of the technology and design inside the device, to commit such a design flaw on the outside.
The cabling for the traffic update aerial is really messy, the suckers don't stick to the windscreen and the cable is left sloshing about on the dash board. Due to the placement of the cable sockets it's not as if you could instead seek to hide the cabling along the front of the dash board instead; they're destined to be sprawled over the dash and look meesy.

Johan, Bruges, Flanders (Belgium) , “Dutchspeaking from belgium”

+ Bought it in the UK but could easily be set-up in dutch (and speaking flemish) at first use. Pleasant voice that does not annoy you!

- Accuracy would score better if maximum speeds weren't incorrect 40% of the time. It's also impossible to correct a map when a street does no longer connect to another street (i.e. is changed into a dead-end). Why no delivery outside the UK ?

+ Accuracy and ease of use

- Size, bulky and the Tom Tom pouch is awkward and not easy to use. Also, the touch screen 'keys' are a bit small causing wrong digits / letters to be selected. The lead for the traffic antenna is a bit messy.

Dave, Melton Mowbray

+ Easy to use, excellent maps tested in UK, France and Belgium, Traffic feature good when it works

- Traffic function appears a little hit and miss in the UK, seemed to work better in Belgium and France, but not TOMTOM fault.
