+ easy to use - up to date information on traffice is a huge time saver and camera information is very good and has already saved me 3 points!

- Maps are still not up to date. Live services are not worth the extra subscription.

+ EVERYTHING IT'S A WELL THOUGHT OUT PRODUCT WHAT IS SAY'S ON THE BOX IS WHT YOU GET INSIDE.

- WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE AT LEAST ONE SIZE PROTECTOR WITH PRODUCT TO PROTECT TE SCREEN FROM SRACHES OTHRWISE OUTSTANDINGPRDUCT.

+ It's feature packed that's for sure but the additional subscriptions cost a lot

- It keeps crashing, not sure if it's a software glitch. Also, accuracy of location of petrol stations in truly awful.

+ Its compact, light weight very easy to use and my favourite part is that you can customize the voices, colours, car icon and startup and shutdown screens

+ Good sized screen and the live service for traffic is spot on!

- Voice command annoying as it never understands you and cuts out when giving you a voice direction

+ Good and accurate picture. Accessories allowed me to set up in car to my requirements. I consider my Sat-nav to be excellent value for money.

- Difficulty in adjusting volume [too loud]. I still find it difficult to access the preferences but that is probably because I am not yet fully familiar with the device. I think most of my problems arise because I am not technically minded in modern parlance [at 76 I consider myself to be technically retarded] and above all I find it difficult to understand the modern parlance.

Monthly live subscription good idea, a little pricey though.

- Live subscription pricey.

+ Well designed, it will renavigate your journey should there be a reported incident en-route. Not having to attach it to your phone to get traffic updates is a definate bonus.

- Does not always recognise road closures. You get 3 months trial of live traffic updates, then (of course) you have to subscribe. As I haven't been using this model for long, I haven't found any other negatives.
