TomTom XL Live IQ Routes Edition Europe

+ Live features are excellent - especially google search. Easyport dock is excellent!

- Map update took ages, though I'm told it shouldn't.

+ Clear Directions and visuals. Excellent Mount for Windscreen. Live services great.

- Terrible angled USB connector for power and PC connection. Socket on unit is recessed making removing the cable a nightmare

+ Reliable and efficent system with large menu options and fast calcuations. Clear color sreen with variety of color choices for maps and clear speaker system.

- Menus can be a little confusing and suction mount can be a little fiddly to attach remove from windshield. Has countless "roads" which are not roads and are in fact forestry trails, farm tracks and even footpaths which I am told to take my car down.

+ I got may money back.

- Endless problems with this product - got my money back. If you are not a computer wizard steer clear. After locking up soon after getting it and having an hour and half phone call with Tom Tom and then an hour and half down load to get it working again. I backed it up in case it failed again. It did and would not recover the back up.

+ excellent easy to use and follow instructions

- could have come with more accessories i.e case
