+ This is a great steamer, they way the baskets stack upside down on the steamer unit means it take less space in the cupboard, and the keep warm facility is a must if you are not good at getting all the bit of a meal ready at exactly the same time. Its quick and easy to use and I wouldn't be without mine

+ Generally a good, useful product, which cooks very efficiently. Very easy to clean.

- The bottom tray does not fit perfectly on top of the juice collector, which looks like it is not entirely balanced, so I take extra care not to touch the cooker in case the bottom tray moves out of place.

+ The steamer is very nice looking. I particularly like the keep warm setting it's an excellant idea, as my timing isnt always the best when cooking a roast. The steamer can cope with a large amount of food to steam. When finished with, it is so compact and only takes up a small amount of room in my cupboard.

- The tray that holds the vegetable juice only has integrated handles, these become very hot and is hard to lift it to pour the juices. The first tray is hard to fit onto the juice tray and takes quite a bit of manipulation before it sits correctly. The maximum line for the water is not clearly visible. And finally, the electrical cord is not long enough.

+ The product performs well once you've assembled it! Capacious.

- Very tricky to get the first dish properly fitted in place; once you've done that - and you are never too sure how you did it! - it works very well

+ Overall, the steamer is excellent, easy to use and the 'keep warm' facility very useful.

- I always have difficulty resting the bottom steam basket on the juice collector - it will not sit in place immediately.

+ Space saving storage with baskets stackable on top of unit.

- Bases of baskets have to be snapped intgo place and don't always stay in place. Holes also a bit big and allow small things like peas and swetcorn to fall through.
