+ Produces excellent chips and I have been pleased with the other recipes I have tried too. It's very easy to dismantle and clean.

- It's very noisy when turned on and the timer is too quiet to be heard unless standing by it so I use another kitchen timer with a loud bleep.

+ GOOD CHIPS THAT TASTE GREAT AND COOK REALLY WELL BUT HARDLY ANY FAT AND EVEN WHEN COOKED IN HEALTHY OLIVE OIL TASTE GREAT. DONE THE PARSNIPS LIKE CHUNKY CHIPS AND COOKED THEN IN THE TEFAL AND THEY WERE GREAT AND FULL OF FLAVOUR.

- TIME CONSUMING BUT ANYTHING GOOD IS WORTH THE WAIT. YOU JUST SET THE TIMER AND KNOW THE CHIPS WILL BE READY AT THAT TIME. 30-35 MINUTES BUT YOU JUST COOK EVERYTHING TO FINISH WITH THE CHIPS.

+ Produces enough chips for my family of four without the horrible smell of fat. Chops also cook quickly and without drying out.

- I have only tried one recipe but didn't fnd it very successful and had to finish this off in the oven. Perhaps I will have better success with a different recipe.

+ Does what it says on the tin.Cooks very nice chips with Maris Piper potatoes and only a spoon of oil. Also used to make other dishes such as curries, stir fries, meats etc. Excellent at what it does.

- Paddle assembly can be difficult to clean if you cook anything other than chips. This machine does NOT cook fish in breadcrumbs as the motion causes all the breadcrumbs to fall off. Timer is very nearly useless. If you do cook anything with too much liquid then it can leak into the bottom of the machine which is awkward to clean.

- Woud be a nice touch to have a temperature regulator (ie warm) so all the dinner can be dished up at the same time, rather than having to judge cooking times.

- It takes too long to cook food. Brought mainly for cooking chips for my kids to try and make them healthier but takes far too long to cook them.

- Length of time needed for cooking. Have only cooked chicken & potato wedges. Have to keep food warm a long time waiting for second load in machine to be cooked. A rather expensive and cumbersome cooking implement.
