Score 4.0/10+ The idea of producing ONE cup of hot water. I drink infusions, so the drink is poured into the cup and is steeping while I'm not even in the room.
-
2 things.
1....The outlet for the water is very high above the cup and creates a lot of splashes because of the distance the water falls.
2... The water isn't hot enough. It is published that it's not boiling, but within one week of use the temperature of the water had reduced, so much so, that as a test I could put my finger into the cup of water immediately after it had completed being poured.

Score 4.0/10+ Its quick if you're just making one or two cuppas.
- Water is not as warm as out of a kettle, your drink also seems to cool down quickly. The machine splutters and splashes a bit of water as it comes out. If you want to make a few cuppas or fill a teapot or a flask its not that great. I've gone back to my old kettle.

Denise, Brecon , “busy working mum wife ”
Score 5.0/10+ It looks good and will fit into any modern kitchen; the addition of a water filter cartridge is an added bonus, and it is safe around children as the appliance stays cool and does not contain hot water. You also can't deny that it saves you energy and so helps the planet, and it really does give you a cup of tea/coffee within three seconds.
- It is rather noisy, and the water container is awkward to remove to refill, but can be easily filled with a jug instead; the most noticable negative about the product is the fact that it only reaches 98 degrees centrigrade and because of this your cup of tea/coffee cools much quicker - you really have to drink it straightaway.

- I was extremely disappointed with this item as although it seemed to work as expected the drinks made were of a poor quality due to the fact that water is not boiled - a residue appears in tea or coffee and as I am a great tea drinker I could taste the difference. The water came out quicker than expected but this was not good as it spurted out in what I considered a dangerous manner - no amount of resetting/cleaning etc changed its performance. I did not use the item again and it remains an ornament in my kitchen Great idea - not so great reality!
