+ very good value for money, bought one for my wife and one for my daughter and both were able to work out how to use it very fast

- NEEDS A HARD CASE TO CARRY IT INSTEAD OF THE SOFT ONE IT COMES WITH AND MAYBE A SPARE BATTERY

+ Excellent exposure in a variety of lighting contexts and good manual settings.Well built and a good weight in the hand.Comes with case,real printed manual,charger and all the leads. I can crop with 12 MP to 300% and still have a good quality picture.

- Video clips are only fair to acceptable for these days but no worse than my older Nikon and Samsung digital cameras.If being picky the flash could be a little stronger.

+ Easy to use and download pics. Ample settings to suit all indoor and outdoor occasions. Particularly good sound quality on the video setting.

- No viewfinder which could be a problem when taking photos in bright sunshine but there hasn't been any yet in the UK for me to test it!

+ from little use i'v had from this camera, i'm very pleased with it, easy to use and carry around.
