- Slow to turn on. It turns on, then goes blank for a while, then finally comes back on, which means you can miss a bit if late turning on a programme! Sound is ok, but the volume selector is not fantastic.

- I've had some problems with the guide software, but nothing to stop the viewing enjoyment. The software is the same as the Alba set topbox I owned. I hope the TV turns out to be more reliable.

+ The TV is nice and neat on the wall bracket, purchased elsewhere, and viewed from any angle in the kitchen it produces a very good picture.

- Unless you look at the screen at eyelevel (as in not up on the wall at an angle) the picture is very dark and you can barely see it.
