+ user friendly well protected clam shape ideal for pocket

+ None

- Not loud enough volume, cannot set a different sound for each Alarm, cannot have different sounds for incoming calls, side buttons too easy to catch accidentally and change things without knowing. I had hoped it would be an improvement on my old one, but it is much worse, I could go on but will not waste my time.

+ the display screen on front of phone

- this phone is incredibly slow to respond. this is very frustrating and for this reason i wanted to send back the phone.

+ I think that the best thing about this phone because I am only 12, is the bluetooth and camera and video things. As a whole I really like my new mobile phone!

- I think it needs more options on the texting side of things. Maybe an option to let you put on animations onto your texts that are already on the phone. But apart from that i think the phone is FAB!

+ I have found this phone ideal for my use which is normal mobile contact emergencey and otherwise.

- Very few other than I press the incorrect keys at times and the phone book takes some getting used to.

+ Simple to use, not over-loaded with features. I just wanted a basic phone that also looked low-key stylish and without obvious decorative embellishments (logos, etc).

- 1) The camera software CD is only for Windows OS -- useless for Apple OSX computers -- so I can't transfer images to my computer. A workaround might be to take out the memory card and use a card-reader to transfer, but this is too much trouble, considering the wear & tear risk of repeatedly removing and putting back the card plus the additional cost of getting a card-reader device that I don't otherwise need. Result: I just don't use the camera feature.
2) The instructions sheet is printed too small to read easily, particularly the diagrams regarding installation of the SIM card and battery.

+ Smart, compact

- Have found it difficult to navigate to turn sound off when opening the flip also to change the ring tone.

+ It looks good and does an awful lot for the cost of the phone so its excellent value

- You cannot change the alarm sound and its dreadful

+ its small and compact and buttons are all hidden and protected so you dont press any when the phones in your pocket

- cant get a cover for it

+ looks good takes good photos and music is good

- got sent the wrong colour so ended out with black which i really didnt want but needed the phone so kept it.its a pain to get in2 your messages u have 2 wait a few seconds 2 sort itself out

+ Its small. it looks good. its easy to use. i love the colour. its a smart easy little phone to use.

- i find the battery doesnt hold its charge as well as other phones ive had. about every two days it needs charging.
