+ it looks very modern and for the price you got style with a lot of features that actually work properly! no cheap gizmos that will fall apart after 5 minutes. the cooker is good alround and i would recommend it. not quite upto the standards of the more expensive brand names but it does the job well. very very easy to clean. i am very pleased with my purchase.

- niggles really - grill has to be dismantled to be put away in cavity. the large rings are at the front and they are also a bit slippery. theres no lip at the front of the hob (it slopes down instead of up) so it feels a bit dangerous. I don't like the cooling fan in the grill. if you buy the single oven you only get one layer of glass in the grill which i think is wrong. even though its gas it needs to be plugged into the mains to run the times and the cooling fan. if you don't plug it in the cooker will overheat and not cut out. so no good in a power cut! the hob is a bit thin and tinnie. i find i have to open the oven door to light the oven as you have to hold and press the button for 10 seconds. after about 5 the glass is steamed up and you can't see in! i am a bit unsure of the temperatures, some things take longer or shorter than the recommended times.

+ Absolutely fantastic!! Good looking product with the added safety feature of a hob which turns off when the lid is lowered - believe me this feature has been helpful on several occasions lol.

- advertised as a twin cavity which gives you the impression that it has 2 ovens this is the reason i bought it,

- The installer pointed out a couple of parts of the cooker such as the cooker knob needs to be held in for a few seconds to ensure it is alight and the grill pan handle needs to be slided on, this may not have been obvious if I hadn't been told

+ Easily best cooker I have had for cleaning, always appears to look clean even when I haven't cleaned it.

- When using oven, grill compartment becomes very very hot and stays that way for quite a while after turning oven off, I need to be careful when I pick up grill handle as it remains hot too.

+ Nice solid cooker that is believable. Good design for pans and very good shelf arrangement which allows lots of different options. Easy to keep clean. Very good oven light. Nice big grill.

- The knobs are a bit fragile.

+ The shelf from the grill can be used as an extra shelf in the oven for those busy occasions. I like to bake and the oven holds a constant gas temp making things rise well.

- The grill door if you have not got hold of it tight it slams.

- I don't like the fact that you have to hold the oven control in for so long before it will stay on. I've had quite a few gas cookers in the past, but have never had to do this before.
I do worry about other people lighting the oven and not realising that they need to hold the control in for about 10 seconds.

+ The only thing I found wrong is there is not much difference in the flame, its either large or small. As you turn it down, the flame does not get smaller until you turn it all the way.

- There is no second glass in the grill door as there is in the oven which can be taken out for cleaning. As a result the heat from the grill has risen and caused the silver coating around the knobs to crack. The oven often switches itself off after igniting

+ Grill is better than most on cookers of this type. Cooking temperature is way more accurate than our previous cooker. The safety feature when you lower the lid actually locks the knobs in place - better than just cutting off the gas.

- None really, but if I had to be picky........ the lid could do with a soft lowering mechanism.

+ Spacious oven and grill. Good sized hob with strong flame. Easy to clean.

+ It looks good, is easy to use and to clean. The grill area gets very hot when the oven is on, therefore makes it ideal for warming plates and keeping food warm. Also, the removable inner glass panel is great to remove for ease of cleaning (just remember though , if you don't have the double oven, the grill area only has one layer of glass in the door even though the channel is there for two).

- If you let go of the lid at the angle shown in the photo, it will crash down, so don't try it - I had someone in to adjust it and it made no difference. Other than that, the removable handle on the grill does get very hot as it's all metal. It also seems to take longer for pans of water to reach the boil than on my last cooker - it doesn't appear to be as powerful (although I've been told that's a figment of my imaginatioin!!!).

- the grill tends to 'whistle' before it gets warm, and thats all it does do, get warm, i had to buy a seperate toaster, because the cooker one is not very good at all.

+ It is a lovely cooker, easy to use and has excellent safety device, so therefore you cannot leave the top gas on without them being lit. Easy to clean as the glass on the over actually slides out, so no more scrubbing, and not getting in all of the grooves. Lovely and easy to use.

+ I like the gas shut off safety feature - when you close the lid you cannot turn the hob knobs. I know this is common on modern cookers but my previous one didnt have it.
I like having a light in the oven and the glass screen in the door so I can see my food without opening the door so good for cakes and yorkshire puddings.
Nice to look at and stylish.
Also the grill and oven have many diffent levels to put the shelves as other only often have a choice of 3 or 4.

- The smaller burners take what seems like a lifetime to heat things up.

- It is impossible to turn the burner controls on the right of the cooker to a low settimg the control only turns in the opposite direction this is dangerous as turning these burners to a simmer invariably turns them off. This is a design fault that should be looked into, or has someone fitted the wrong control knobs if they have please forward to me the correct ones.

- Even when on the lowest heat setting you can not simmer anything. It just boils!!

+ The cooker fits perfectly in with my kitchen and the quality of the build seems very good. I like the adjustable shelving escpecially which is in the oven and grill. The grill is similiar to a solar grill and I prefer that rather than just flames from one side of the oven. When the grill is lite at least you can see it well and it ignites quickly. Another great design is the inner door on the oven to keep the heat in and prevent the outer part being too hot to open, also it makes the door very easy to clean.
A very thoughtful design is the fact there is a fan that comes on when the grill door is open which helps keep the knobs cool so there are not hot to handle during cooking.
I am not one for using the timer ever on cookers so I cannot comment on that.
Lastly, the back of the cooker is neat and tidy which I like, my last cooker was awful.
I have to say overall for a gas cooker (even though I prefer dual fuel cookers as the oven cooks better and does not damage the utensils), this is a great buy all round as a lot of other cookers are over priced and don't match up.

- Not many, the knobs could be a better and stronger design as they could seem to some people a bit like fisher price toy knobs for a baby, but I have had no problems with mine.
On the top left corner the metal seems to have a very small gap in it unlike the right, which if you catch a finger on whilst wiping it down can cut yourself. However, if you already know its there then its not a problem as I don't think any cooker is perfectly made.

- fan for grill only works if the grill door is open whereas it would be better if it had a time delay on it for say 5 minutes so that once you've finished cooking, you could close the door and it would continue to cool down

+ Good safety features - the hob burners turn off if the list is accidently lowered onto hob.

- We are really impressed with the oven, the only very minor bad point is that if the grill is open and you need to open the oven door the handle of the grill catches slightly on the handle of the lowered grill door. This is easy to overcome by lifting the grill door slightly. This does not make cooking dfficult but is something that could make a great oven even better.
