+ Easy to use and very fast

- Cleaning is not as easy as manufacturer suggests

+ Excellent product, good looks.

- I was surprised to find that I had to buy cable to connect to the electricity supply - there had been no mention of this.

- just haven't yet worked out what the numbers at the other side of the grill control are for and seem to avoid mention in instructions

+ Heats up very quickly.

- It always cooks the food much faster than the cooking times on the packet, even with allowing for it being a fan oven and so food often gets over cooked.

+ Stylish looks

- Door and hinges are vulnerable to damage. Our door doesn't shut properly - probably due to a toddler putting weight on the open door - and the hinges aren't adjustable, requiring a complete replacement of the entire unit. Also the fact that the door doesn't seal fully is a bit disconcerting - always blowing out hot and possibly steamy air.
