+ Can just plug in computer and go. Recognises mp3 as a removable disk. Can just copy and paste music onto it.

- Hard to navigate through the menus. The manual has obviously been converted from another language into english and doesn't make sense most of the time

+ The files I managed to download and access, and the radio are very good. The same with the recording feature. The sound and picture quality is very good. It's compact and easily fits into a pocket.

- Navigation is extremey difficult. The instructions booklet is impossible to read, it should be re-written in English! It provides minimum information, if you can make out what it means! There is no reference to the manufacturer, make or a relevant website, where more information could be obtained. Basically there is no support in operating this software. I still cannot access many of the files I have downloaded. I have not been able to use many of the features, such as the video, or ebooks reader. It is incompatible with iTunes and audiofiles from Audible.co.uk, which means it has fairly limited application

- worst (but often amusing) feature is the instruction book in badly written English ! ... obviously made in China It takes a while to get your head around the menu system .. here good written English in the book would help

+ Very impressive display and the sound is excellent.

- I am completely new to this type of technology and req'd it for my wife to use on long train journeys. However the manual was to be our salvation but in fact is totally useless as it's English is unreadable !!!. Whilst I consider myself computer literate the CD and it's text file is again incomprhensible. Be warned you will get no help from the Chinese/English translation !!!
