- Quality is poor in certain areas. The frame is starting to rust despite only being outside since September and the stitching on the protective cover around the outside is starting to go.

- the way the enclosure is fitted means that feet can fall down where the springs are

The safety net is durable.

- Protective cover has torn on each of the tie anchor points due to the recent windy conditions perhaps these areas could be reinforced.

+ The enclosure is vital in stopping small children from falling/flying off the trampoline. Also silly teenagers! The enclosure is a good height and extremely stable.

- The fastening down of the enclosure was a bit fiddly and took quite some time to tie down.

+ I am very pleased with it as it does give peace of mind with safety issues.

- I received it without one of the ties. I tried emailing you about but couldn't get through. Please could you send me a spare one as I don't want to pack up the whole thing for the sake of one bit, plus the trampoline would not then be as safe while waiting for a replacement. Thank-you.

- the top of the enclosure straps (which attach on to the poles) one of them keeps popping open, also the instructions were a bit vague on how to attach the cord to the trampoline but we've done it.

- If anything the sides could possibly be more sturdy - but that may cause an injury

- Take up most of my garden but worth it. Cover will not go over because of the net, i will only cover mine up at winter anyway.

- The fact the safety enclosure is at the edge of the bouncing area means there is room around the outside of the safety enclosure that the kids are able to walk around .... there is a three foot drop which is really dangerous and it is difficult to stop them playing around this

- It is very bright in colour and does not look very attractive, standing out like a sore thumb in the garden. The design means that the safety net fits inside if the trampoline as opposed to the outside as other designs which maximises the size of the trampoline itself

The encloser could be better finishing if it came with PVC selevings to hide metal pole. it is only supplied with padding to go on pole. Other companies providing the same product offer a selving to go on top of the padding

+ my kids love this we had a 8ft but with all of them wanting to use it we decided to get a bigger one really good exercise for me and the kids love it love it love it

- we need a ladder to get on it because of the height so we are trying to find one.

+ A nice firm enclosure when it's all built up properly - as good as the more expensive ones. My little boy (4) has bounced against it several times and it's kept him in.
