you dnt scrach your cam as it is not on show, its small an compacted, looks smart, its easy to find what you wont from the main menu, sound quality.

if you use your phone alot the battery dnt last long thats the only bad point i found with it.

camera qualities are excellent far better than some digital cameras about and saves carring your phone and a carmera around with you, same for the music walkman its fab and saves carring aroung an ipod and the expence of only having one item to do 3 jobs plus

softfware on this phone is rubbish i have had my phone just under 2 months now and i have already had to up load new software for it, as when tx just freezes, switches off when useing.

the phone continually switches itself off and freezes on a reguar basis. it has gone in for repair AGAIN

Small, slim, loud, easy to use

None really, bettery goes down if you have hours chat but thats to be expected I guess

battery has to be charged every day, phone keeps freezing when texting, and it keps switching itself off, very dissapointed with it have been in to store and had battery changed but still the same wish i had never bought it.

The camera is brilliant! And looks superb.

Battery power drops off significantly when you use the flash which is understandable. If you don't lock it the phone will link to the internet which by accident which is irritating.

Its a good looking phone with some lovely features. But nothing but software problems ie freezing and switching it self off. Now on my 1st replacement.

Looks good, easy to navigate and use. Probably the best phone I have had in a very long time - and I've had quite a few!

Little dissapointed with the battery life - if you use camera or viewing functions it seems to drain the battery pretty quickly.

text pad can be a nightmare as the key pads are slanted and you regularly press either wrong keys or more than one at once

The sony ericsson software is awful!!! You are best saving photos to your computer via bluetooth

camera isnt as good as it should be, and the phone keeps crashing 3G problem they thought, so turned off the 3G setting, still doing it.

Camera is easy to use and gives a decent crisp image.

The keys are angled and often late to respond to pressing. Countless times I've typed a text only for nothing to appear on the screen or the phone locks up for a few seconds. At present no reminders set are working and I am in the process of having a replacement unit.

It has a very good camera and i really like the design.

near enough evrything, keeps turning off especially whilst on a call... battery life is very poor too... and without a xenon flash doesnt make the camera anywhere near as good as the k800i.

its a great phone, it looks stylish, very smart and attractive. the camera is absolutely perfect couldnt get anything beter at the moment.

there are several bad points to this phone. the phone regular freezes whether being on the phone or listening to music, also can be really slow. my reccomendations are, if you are a camera person, buy the phone, but if you are a individual who likes to listen to music or to use the phone in a business...forget about it. buy a nokia N95.

Although this is supposed to have a great camera, the flash lets it down. The pictures are always very dark and poor. I actually found the camera, although lower MP, better on the K800i.

Good camera with flash, so much more to do compared to other phones - Google Maps, downloadable Apps, downloadable games, good internet browsing, a new media player, different themed menus.

The touch screen parts of the screen get really annoying when taking a photo of yourself as you can accidentally touch them, causing all different menus and options to pop up instead of taking the photo. Also, even with the image stabilizer, the picture is still sometimes blurred - the phone must be held perfectly still.

IT IS FAULTY - TEMPRAMENTAL , chooses to go on standby randomly for up to 2 minutes... happens to all C902s I've seen. Just as bad as touch screen buttons on previous K850i model. Another Sony Ericsson disappointment.

Great camera, light weight

Alarm faulty on 1st phone, replaced with another but just the same. freezes for 5-10 seconds occasionally on 1st and 2nd phone. Buttons too small and close together, hard to text

This phone is easy to use and the camera is really good.

The battery life isn't great when using the phone throughout the day. Phone keeps crashing with the screen freezing then turning off, it is also very slow when texting and freezes during this also. I know 3 or 4 people with the same phone and we all have the same problems.

The phone is small and easy to use. The camera is very good and the pictures are very clear.

When I am on the phone, it can cut out for a few seconds and I can't hear the person I am talking to. The phone also freezes quite often for a few seconds. Also some times the alarm does not work even though it was set correctly. For these reasons I am not happy with the phone.

easy to use and very stylish. The camera is devine, both taking photos and films, however, night time pics aren't so good unless you spend lots of time adjusting the settings.

Adjusting to get a perfect nite photo or video takes a lot of time up that you could kill the moment you're trying to capture. The battery life isn't too bad until you start taking lots of photos or recording videos.

At first I thought that I was not going to like the keypad but I soon got used to it and now I think it's great.

Apparently the camera has high mega pixels, but due to the shutter speed it is rare that you will get a non-blury picture - makes it pointles for those impromptu snaps

sometimes slow and freezes, but ive learned this is due to the fact i dont turn the phone off. apparently you have to turn the phone off and on at least once a day, for some techincal reason i cant remember, but apart from that i really like this phone!

it looks good and the camera and videos are good quality.

the design is great...camera is good also the music is good.

Keys hard to text, phone crashes alot, freezes and you have to pull the batt, menus are not fast enough, I think this phone does not have the right software...even after downloading new software it still crashes and switches off...The accelerometer does not work properley all the time. There are loads of things wrong with this phone but I do not work for Sony Ericsson so i will not say all of them.

Solid phone. Great camera and clarity of calls.

Keypad very fiddly for anyone other those with the smallest fingers. Touch screen menu for the camera functions are nowhere near as efficient or sensitive as they could be. I have given up on them already.

The red/silver design is really cool and the slide out camera cover is a neat idea.

The screen is too small and is also a fingerprint magnet, the touch sensitive buttons around the screen in camera mode are easily touched by accident if you hold the phone in the wrong place. Weirdly it is impossible to save messages onto the memory stick or phone memory (it puts them on the SIM card no matter what the phone settings say, so there's not much room). The camera quality is allegedly 5megapixel but I've seen much better pics from an 8 year old 3megapixel digicam .... it's OK but over hyped and the face recognition seems to lead to slightly off focus shots.
