+ excellent camera

- you should be able to choose where a file is saved to.

+ love this phone easy 2 use photos or better on phone than my camra best phone out at this time looked and played on phones that are a lot more money and this is the best (blackberry and i phone)

- just battery life not the best but only coz can't keep of it

- It was big & cumbersome - Although it has 3.1 more mega pixels than my last camera, this didn't show in pictures.

- trying to download photo's from phone to computer -nightmare

+ I'm delighted with the phone. I'm not one for using all the features it has, so can't really comment, but generally, its easy to use, good looking and does everything I want and more

- I don't really have any, except maybe it's a bit annoying that shutting the phone doesn't automatically take you back to your wallpaper, like most slide phones I've had. You've if you've been messaging, then you have to back out of the message screen and menu etc to get back to your wallpaper. That's no big deal though

+ Very easy to use. Great features. Amazing camera....so so easy to use. The quality of the video & camera is amazing. Fab larger screen

- The ridge around the number area makes texting difficult & the fact the numbers aren't raised it has definitely slowed my texting abilty down considerably! Was rather disappointed that no mention has been made about this in any feedback I'd looked at before purchasing. feel it is very awkward & major flaw in the structure of the keypad!

- Operations don't automatically lock when you slide the phone shut and this means it can be texting and phoning in your bag

+ i love the phone has a good size screeen and shows colour brilliantly.

- the sound is not very loud.

+ Very stylish and takes great video and photos.

- Found the keypad a bit tricky to start with, and the battery needs recharging nearly every other day -this isn't great compared to the last SE Cybershot I had.

+ Sony Ericsson layout, Organiser, music player.

- Keypad sometimes doesn't work fully, there are no shortcuts menu like previous models.

+ Phone looks really nice, camera is brilliant, navigation is extremely easy to understand

- keys on mine broke within a month :( also the phone can sometimes lag quite badly

- Would like the zoom button to be nearer the shoot button instead of being on opposite sides of the camera.

- Ear piece stoped working in 4 week's. Keep's on freezzing so has to be turned of then on again. not impresed.

- The key pad feels a bit close together, its probably the hardest phoone ive had to text on (its not that hard), but Im not saying its a bad feature or too hard to text, its the only bad point I can think of.

+ It looks great and the features are good. It's very similar to the other Sony Ericssons i've had. The camera is great and so are the features with it.

- Battery life is pretty poor, but not as bad as some. The signal reception is pretty bad which was also true for my old Sony Ericsson, even though i've changed networks

+ Im not great with technology so I like that the symbols are clear and I find the functions on the key pad easy to use too (like switching the phone to silent mode etc) - and I appreciate the Info that explains functions. There are different ways of bringing up contacts, music, web which is also good as you can work out which one best suits you. I also really like that it doesnt automatically assume you want to use predictive text! Im not a fan of that, so I like that it always gives you first choice to type yourself.

- some things are too easy to delete and others impossible! for example, clearing a contact from your phone, you can delete the full contact but the number could still appear in recently text numbers, text conversation, call lists etc. you have to go to each section individually to delete information. Then I accidentally deleted my music and photos and had no way of retrieving them - Im still not entirely sure how I did it, so am worried I may do it again.
