+ I could use it simply straight out of the box. it didn't need any complicated instructions to get it up and running. I attatched it straight away onto my computer and downloaded all of my CD's. I do not use iTunes so in fairness I haven't expolored that side of things. The screen is bright and clear, the sound is good with supplied headphones. The FM radio is very useful with good reception.
- Can't find any at present.

+ Easy to use and very easy to load tracks - drag and drop; fantastic, no proprietary software to get in the way and clog up your PC. Highly recommended.
- Nothing really, just wish they would make an even bigger memory one...

+ Its good to have video, albums and radio combined in one. Its easy to carry, and easy to work out how to use the features.
- The software is a bit of a fiddle to use when putting things on there, it doesn't always archive properly. The screen is fairly small for videos as well.

+ Excellent media player. Small, easy to navigate and laid out in a common sense manner. Very easy to sync with the desktop pc without the use of cumbersome software. I can load songs and videos on whichever PC I choose - much better than my ipod. Sound quality is excellent and the bundled in ear headphones make apples offering look cheap and not to cheerful.
- Screen is on the small size, especially when compared to my Nokia 5800 smartphone on which I now play my videos. Other than that no problems yet.

The point is it's SONY Walkman, not iPod which everyone has!
My native language is shown on the screen without any adjustments (other products might have the same function as well, but I was simply impressed as I hadn't expected it at all).
- To show CD jackets (sleeves) on the screen, I need to use Windows Media Player, not by dragging & dropping. Time it takes is no difference, so it's not a big problem though.
