+ The bean is very tactile and I love my girlie pink. The instructions make it very easy to use. My daughter has an ipod shuffle and would much rather use my bean. The display is good and the integral connection makes it very neat.

- The hold cover sometimes slips while it is not in use which means that you do not always pick up tracks where you left them as it has skipped.

+ Size, easy to download music

- Slide back cover not very strong, gets knocked and battery can get used witout realising.

+ I fully recomend this product. Its is easy to use and looks good. Well Done Sony.
