+ IT's small but with a lot of power and the sound quality is really good. The artist link button is a god send and the shuffling options are essential!

- The software can occasionally be a bit tricky but on the whole its a great product. Great value for money especially when compared to particular Apple mp3 players!

+ Very user friendly,software was easy to install and use-no running problems on PC.Search system is easy to use and so far have installed over 900 tracks with no problems.Have it hooked up to my home cinema system at home and the sounds fantastic.

- The headphones are to big to put in ears. And i had to replace them. And it would have been nice to have some thing to clip on.

- I have found my headphones are faulty and only play through one ear! For it's size its realli quite heavy and I sony have put a volume lock on it so it doesn't play very loud. Unless you get the code to hack it!!!!

+ The transfer rate is fantastic and the battery life compared to charging time is also very good

- The software has a few problems, all minor and are being slowly sorted with each update

+ The size, easily fits in your pocket. Looks stylish too. Holds more than the 1500 songs it claims to, I have 2000 and still have space left.

- Battery isn't the best, I find it runs down quite quickly. Could be because of the hold button - which only operates when the device is switched on, very bizarre, so once its turned off if you press any button it will turn on again.
