You expect a company like Sony ericsson to deliver the goods to a high standard and they didnt disapoint , this is a great phone and i would recommend this phone to anyone.

+ The Phone is a good weight and not too big in size which makes it easy to carry around like a mobile phone should.

- The camera could be better. It doesnt have a light either which makes it quite bad when taking pictures in the dark. The battery life for me lasts around 2 days but I use it alot so it can last for longer.

- The battery life is terrible. Have to charge it every other day atleast, sometimes daily with not a huge amount of usage.

- Software is terrible had so many faults one from when I got it out of the box. Sluggish and slow

+ Great colour - easy to use but then I always have had Sony Ericsson phones so used to lay out. Good quality screen which I can see easily.

- Had lots of problems with this phone initially. It switched itself off all the time and then kept losing all my personal settings so a pain to keep re setting it. Keypad not as easy as last phone, battery life not so good. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone cos lots of nagging things wrong.

- 1. Handset is matt finish hence even the new handset does not look new, glossy finish would look much better.

- top row of numbers (1,2,3) are very close to the top half of the phone when it is open which can make them difficult to use, especially if you have large fingers! Have had a few problems with the phone re-setting itself randomly, apparently a common Sony Ericsson fault.

+ The sound is good and the video call feature would also be very good if i used it i would think. Its small and compact and the games are quite good to.

- No flash on the camera ( not good when you'r eon a night out and you want to snap some spur of the moment pics, and had i had known that the camera was only 2.0 megapixel i would of gone for something better.

- I am now on my 4th handset as I continually have problems with the keypad freezing and the phone switching off. The last "repair" included a software update which I hope will cure the problem. Overall a nice phone spoiled!

- The software is terrible my phone always turns off or stalls especially when i'm writing texts. Which really lets the phone downin my opinion.

+ The menu layout is great, I like being able to answer the phone by opening it and being able to use the radio as an alarm while charging the phone, the phone can store loads of messages before it is full. The intuitive text messaging is brilliant. being able to use the phone as an radio and mp3 player is great, I use it everywhere, including the gym.
battery life is good even when using facilities like the camera

- -Camera not quite as good a quality as the one on my last phone a w810i - some features are missing -can not zoom in camera mode (weirdly you can in video mode), the picture quality is not as good even though they were both 2 mega pixels, pictures taken in half light do not come out well unlike the w810i, it does not have a light/flash, the menu does not tell you how many messages are in your inbox/sent messages etc, keypad is not as tactile as the w810i and it is easier to hit the wrong key especially before you get used to it

+ slim, 3G, cool looking phone, with lot of features for playing music, vedios...etc, in addition to the long battery life that is an advantage to have.

- personally I've found it difficult to use the keypad since it was a flat one and very close to each other which makes you need to erase a lot and retype few times the same word, in addition I found it not as solid as to withstand any unavoidable impact...etc.

+ I have had Nokia phones for around the last 10years but now i have my W910i i will never be going back to Nokia. The best thing for me about this phone is the sound quality of the walkman and will definately be sticking to Sony Ericsson from now on.

- The only bad point i have about this phone is that i think the video calling lens should also be able to be used as a camera for taking self pics aswell but apart from that i have found no bad points as yet.

+ Itt is the best phone iv'e ever had!! It has many great features such as a large memory and can hold lots of music. It has an easy to use radio and it is easy and quick at tranfering information from the phone to another devise.

- The buttons are sometimes difficult to use and the battery power isn't very good. Also i think they should get it in a wider range of colours e.g: pink or lilac
