- have to turn the phone off to charge the battery, flash doesnt always go off when taking a picture. and forever cleaning finger prints off the sreen

+ There are no real good points.

- The navigation / keypad is fiddly, battery life is poor, in usage it is not very intuitive, all in all a very poor product from such a good firm.

+ Looks fairly good.

- Keypad is cumbersome and touch-sensitive keys either too sensitive or not enough. The camera quality is not as good as the K750i. Indeed the whole phone seems to have taken a step back in userability and quality. Such a shame to have lost the sleep mode clock and event notification. Overall a real disappointment.

- when you try to unlock the key pad it does'nt because of the sensitive screen.you can somtimes try 3 or 4 times.at this present time i have gone back to my old k800.if i could take it back i would and change it

+ its a great phone with some awesome feature, the accelerrometer is cool but i feel it could have been integrated more into the phones other features,sound quality is great and the camera is top notch!

- sometimes the touch screen doesnt do what you want it to so it can become tedious tapping the screen.

+ The phone is very easy to use with touchscreen functionality. I bought it for the excellent camera features, the quality of the photos is very good and the photofix functionality is really useful.

- The phone is quite bulky. The battery life doesn't seem to be as long as my old Sony ericsson K750i

+ Excellent camera with a high quality screen, easy to navigate menus. Sound quality off the mp3 is superb much better than the k800i.

- The reception seems to be bad, not sure if this is the network or the phone but mine plays up by dropping all the reception and going blank and freezing, this corrects its self afer a min or so.

+ Ease of use, especially the touch screen.

- Doesn't always follow my logic, not sure that that is a criticism of me of the phone!

+ The picture quality from the camera is excellent as long as you keep your fingers away from the flash.Looks pretty good and the small button keypad is quirky but easy to use.

- Phone seems a little buggy, screen freezes occasionally and touch screen button are a bit hit and miss at times . Switching the phone off and on seems to clear up any issues experienced so far.

- Awful keypad, bizarre 4-way scroll frame thing instead of a joystick or keypad, keys too small, and it turned iteself off for no reason. I sold mine and bought a Nokia N82 (camera not as goodm in low light and very user unfriendly firmware, but more toys)

- The touch button are slow and at times don't work then all of a sudden it catches up and zooms through the menu and you end up somewhere where you didn't want to be. And the blue one has silver on the side and the green one is black down the side which looks a lot better.

+ I like the way the screen know's which way you are holding it and it's good looking.

- I don't like the way you have to use the keypad then the touch screen. The touch screen is a bit, hit or miss, I would like it to be one way or the other.

+ This is a great phone! The cool thing about it is the touch buttons on the screen and also the screen is a good size which makes it easy to read. It has a great camera which is simple to use and a music player that sounds good too!

- The only things that could be improved are the size of the buttons on the keypad - they could be a bit bigger! The battery life is a bit shorter than other phones I've had.

+ Looks good, nice clear screen. Auto locking keypad is a good idea. Great that they've put the torch option back on, I really missed it on the K750i.

- Camera is fiddly to use and buttons over sensitive. Can't tell when its on as screen is totally black. Not keen on the media menu, it doesn't fit with the design of the other menus.

+ great design and 5.0mp camera so U can do nice pics and very quick battery charging time,

- software on cd isn't bad but is quite annoying when U want do something and whole pc system or this software just crashes but maybe it's only my pc,

- with such a lovely screen, it;s a bit annoying that there's a lot of it to get scratched. No matter how i much i tried to protect it, the screen was scratched after about one week.

+ When i first got the phone, it looks amazing, really stylish. Once i began to use the phone, its so simple and easy to use and navigate through the options. The camera is amazing, with all of the options that come with it as well. Ive had this phone for around 4 months and there is not one scratch on it, the first phone ive never had that isn't easy to scratch! Just in general its a great phone and a great buy, id recommend to anyone.

+ The touch screen is easy to use and, so far, has not broken. The camera is of good quality along with video and the memory of the phone is superb.

- I have not yet managed to connect it to my computer and the only headphones that fit it are Sony Ericsson make which could become annoying and limiting.
