For no reason this phone decicides to shut itself down several times a day this usually happens when you are about to use it. I have found it really unreliable and can't wait to get rid of it. I have had annual upgrades from the k750i k800i all have been great phones however erricson have got somthing wrong with this one. I will not take another chance erricson. This is a real turkey phone. My advice is don't bother.

looks impressive and the camera is really tempting. Main reason for choice is that i needed a phone where a THB cradle was available for my car kit. battery life is no problem but i don't use many of the power draining functions.
-
wish I'd read the reviews posted by other people first! only had the phone two weeks and it's already frozen couple of times, resolved by switching off and back on again. Also, if you turn on speakerphone, won't go back to original state unless you yet again turn phone off and on again. Have been recommended by the Sony Ericsson web site to down load the current software to fix the problem, just haven't had time to try this yet, hope it works. Buttons are fiddly to use and can't believe that there is no opportunity to decide how long the phone back light stays on, it's preset, no option to change it. very disappointed that none of the navigational functions work, assume that this is down to the limitations of my network provider. Overall, not a good advert for Sony Ericsson, expected much more.
