- Only one which is the start to record button, I found it a little difficult to locate my finger on the button and hold the camcorder with the same hand.

+ Picture quality is superb. Very light and easy to carry.Easy to pull material into Final Cut and convert to Apple Pro Res 422 for editing

- A better optical lens would mean less picture degredation when on a long zoom. An option to plug in an external Mic would be useful.

+ The camera is relatively good, with good definition, and fairly easy to use. Could do with a litte more definition in darkened rooms. Needs a small padded bag to be supplied....I haven't really found an ideal one yet!
My problems are really with inadequate software for simple processing.

- My concern is that the software provided to produce a video continually crashed. Your technical department commented that it was only intended to be for basic use. I wasted hours trying to get the software to run. It is totally inadequate for video production. I had to go out and buy your latest Vegas software, and even had to contact your technical department to get assistance in making Seamless Videos. Still not 100% without breaks!! bgooden@orange.fr

+ Very compact, full HD all solid state so (hopefully) less to go wrong. Good quality but low price.

- Mikes v.sensitive to wind noise and no socket for external mike. Would have appreciated small eyepiece viewfinder and simple carrying case (have improvised with a v. small shoulder bag from market (£6)). Software supplied is not really up to editing (you can't join HD shots together)
