+ very comfortable to wear,its also light so you hardly know you are wearing it,sound quality is first class,downloading tracks is also very easy and very quick.Although my first one broke down recently it was replaced without any fuss.

+ I bought them for when I go running. So much easier not having my ipod wire flapping about. Really comfortable to run with - thought they might fall out but they don't

- Took me a while to work out how to move music onto it. Once if figured it out it's easy and really quick. Takes a while to move through albums to find what one you want as there's no screen like my ipod. So now I've added individual songs to run to instead of whole albums.
