+ Really quiet, seems to fit loads in, handle totally kid-proof

- The power button cover fell off (easily glued back on, though!), symbols are slightly confusing

+ Well made, extremely quiet, good looks. Two cutlery baskets. Neat controls. Excellent cleaning. Very long economy wash (which presumably soaks off most of the gunge) and no problem if you set it before bedtime. Built in timer.

- Very difficult to remove the Energy sticker (not SMEG's fault). Large dinner plates don't fit in very well and take up too much space. Makes verything else in the kitchen look cheap.

+ Very stylish, great to look at, really like the idea that it is finger print free, very quiet, really pleased

- THE CUTTLERY BASKET SHOULD HAVE TALLER INTERNAL WALLS, TO SEPARATE THE CUTTLERY BETTER SO IT WOULD NOT , SOMETIMES, HOLD RESIDUOS .

- the only point against this machine is that it is not always entirely clear when the machine has finished, so invariably you open the door mid-cycle.

+ Looks good with a plain front and nice patina to the stainless stee. It is also quiet and has good programmes with short timings.

- Unfortunately it is not easy to load with a strange configuration on the upper tray which doesn't have enough good stable points for all the mugs and glasses that we typically use in a day. Plates and cutlery are fine.

The rack design is very poor does not hold the amount of dishes described and if you do fill it up does not wash them proplerly so to get them clean you have to put less in, therefore more washes so is it as economic as we thought.

+ nice silver styling easy to wipe clean. Solid build for the money. very quiet. Washes well on eco and normal cycles haven't had to use the heavy soil cycle yet. easy to move the top basket so that large plates could fit in on the bottom.

- Can't tell how long a cycle has left to run, but I usually put it on over night so this hasn't been much of an issue

+ This dishwasher has plenty of capacity and a very versatile layout, particularly of the top shelf. The cycles are: light; eco; standard; and heavy. I find eco more than adequate for most wash cycles. It gives an excellent finish and is very quiet. It has a timer that we do not use. It is very easy to use.

- It seems to have a mind of its own. Too many bleeps and one struggles to get the program to start. Sometimes I have found it will only run on a lighter wash and will not accept the command!! It's a rather annoying machine though basically sound the operating sequence leave much to be desired.

- It is awkward with larger plates and the cutlery tray knocks over way too easily. Would be better if it was just one basket and not two halves. Alsothe top shelve the idea of a knife holder is good but really a waste of space . It would be good if you could remove it and replace it when needed. But it wouldnt be missed if it wasnt there.

+ Very sylish and well designed to stack all your dirty dishes and cutlery. Every bit of space is utilised so you don't need to use it so often. Very very quiet.

+ It looks like an industrial kitchen design and was the only machine that would compliment our new kitchen. We just use the economy wash.

- 3hr economy wash- which is why it is more economical- but 3 hours is a long time if you do lots of cooking and need to use half of what is in the dishwasher.
Doesn't seem to dry that brilliantly - doesn't bother us though as only had one washer before that didn't dry- didn't realise they were meant to!

- I have marked it down on ease of use. The buttons to control the programmes are awful. Then setting the basket up inside so it takes large plates was a challenge. It is also difficult to work out when it has finnished. The display and programme buttons should be reworked. That part of the design is very poor, which is a pity as the machine works well.

+ Very easy to plumb in, looks great and works great too. You can adjust the top basket so that you can fit large dinner plates in the lower basket

- The some of the wash programmes are quite long, but if you are putting it on before you go out / or go to bed it's great.Other than that there are no bad things to say about this dishwasher
