- YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE INSTRUCTION BOOK AT HAND ALL THE TIME, AS IT'S COMPLICATED TO USE.
I WISH I HAD TAKEN MORE TIME IN STUDYING IT.

+ Nice clean simple-but-stylish design. Big enough to fit our large baby-bottle steralising dish. I love the blue colour of the clock/timer.

- The door only comes out to 90-degrees (no further) and somehow I seem to manage to cut myself on the slightly-sharp plastic on the corner of the door (when I bring things in/out) but (to be honest) that's just me not being careful ;-)

+ Overall good value for money and does the job.

- Less easy to use than the 20 year old Sharp model that we bought it to replace.

+ Stylish and very easy to clean as I used to hve a stainles stel microwave that was a nightmare to clean.This is easy wipe whilst looking the business and I love the blue LED light on the display.Defrost setting it sops every couple of minuts I LOVE this because I used to ovr defrost things now I can check to make it perfect when micro stops and pauses.

- Maybe some people would find the vast choice of options on teh control panel confusing but trust me it`s easy to get the hang of. It does slide around when you open and close door not a problem where I hve it but some may find it has a life of it`s own moving around.

+ Having been used to a very simple microwave, I am struggling to use this one, but I have not really given it much of a chance. I am not a great user of microwaves.

- Quite complicated to use to cook things that are preset like rice. No explanation if you want to do bigger weights than those illustrated.

+ Express defrosting feature is very useful and being able to enter the weight of the meat is a bonus giving accurate defrosting.

- The plate on the turntable is not easy to position accurately. Occasionally it slips off the seating, causing the turntable to make loud noises while cooking/defrosting.

- Not really a bad point, but the diffenernt settings take a bit of getting used to as they work in "weight" rather than item, but okay once you get the hang of it.

- Sometimes moves when taking a container out. Perhaps suction feet could be considered?

+ i have found it very easy to use from the start,as yet i have not found there to be anything i have not been able to do and ilove the control panel it is so simple to use.

+ easy to use easy to keep clean and perfect size for a small kitchen. Cooked casseroles, defrosted meat and used just for heating things up.

- Plate does come off centre, just make sure its in place before you start.

+ I wanted a small oven but with a high wattage and this is perfect in this respect. Overall, I am happy with this oven - very good value.

- There are a couple of things I'm disappointed with, the Express Cook doesn't have a button for a plated meal - my last one had this and was extremely useful for a busy family who come and go at all times. Also, I can't alter the power level once the time has been set - again I found this useful on my last machine.

plate keeps falling off the rollers.

+ Very well constructed and efficient microwave. Easily holds a full dinner plate and cooks very evenly and effectively, food is piping hot when ready.

- I only have one very small niggle. The clock is a devil to adjust if the electricity supply is interrupted. It is not a very intuitive system and I have to return to the manual every time to find out how to set the clock.

+ This microwave offers an excellent range of choices to help you decide how much for how long.

- The only downside is that it can take a bit of working out and is not obvious so read the book or take a few guesses!

+ larger capacity very very useful. touch button are so much better i think wouldn,t have any other personally. good value for money.

- haven,t really found any yet. maybe if there was provision for defrost by weight feature for things. my previous micro did have that.
