- Bad design of operational buttons. When you switch the start button, nothing happens, there is a delay of several seconds, so you think it isn't working. First machine worked for 3 days, then had to be replaced.

- All of the components had a cheap feel to them . The plastic drawer felt weak. The machine I had was returned as the on/off button got jammed the first time I used it!

+ The design is nice and it has a big drum. The interface looks easy at first glance.

- The manual is badly written and doesn't detail the different cycles. There is no click system on the dials so it's easy to go the wrong way. The machine is meant to open during the drying cycle, but it doesn't. The dryer also doesn't dry unless you set it for hours and hours.

- It takes ages! I dread to think what my electricity bills are going to be. To wash and dry it usually takes more than 4 hours (and that's on quickwash!). The drying time is pure guesswork as well. I have had it two months now and I am still putting it on dry for two hours and then having to put it on for longer when it's finished. This means it has to do another 30 minutes cool down period each time.

+ Great product as it does wash and dry and it is very reasonable for this. However I'm not too sure how long it will last.

- the buttons have already broken and i have had to have the engineerou to repair them. the door keeps dropping and doesnt fit properly. it is really noisy when washing and drying. the pipes werent very long and we had to buy extensions to get tem to connect under the sink.

+ Cheap and good value for money for the purpose I wanted it for which was for a rental property

- Noisy. Also the instruction manual is not very clear - needs to be much more "idiot proof". For example instruction manual does not make it clear that the 3 buttons are purely "light touch" only and not to be pressed as you would think. If you press too hard - which is very easy to do, the buttons become misaligned and machine becomes inoperable. You have to call an engineer to realign the buttons. This could easily be avoided if this was clearly stated in the instruction manual.

+ Like a washer dryer, takes up less space and the powder drawer does not get mouldy, I guess because of the heat inside the product. Dryer condenses out from the washing machine water exit pipe.

- Am unable to open the door while product is tumbling. Have to interrupt cycle, then turn machine off, wait 2 minutes befor I can open the door! Seem to have had trouble with the machine automatically tumbling after each wash even if I don't want it to. This means I am always nervous about washing delicates! Seems I have to wait for the light to flash 5 times before I turn it off after each programme, but it doesn't say this in the manual!

+ This is my second Servis and I would recommend them to everyone. The drier is superb. Best I've ever had. The washer is as good as any washer I've had in the past. Easy to instal with it only being cold fill.

- I don't like how you have to either turn the machine off or turn the dial past stop to get the next programme going - but that's the only real complaint - and it's not much of one.

+ streamlined display panel, washes and dries well, fairly economical too.

- no specific quick wash cycle, the vent at the front doesn't open to get rid of fluff after drying. Can't dry for less than 30 mins (and the 30 minute dry cycle is a cool dry to stop creases)

+ Looking for a condenser washer/dryer for an apartment, to cut down on the risk of condensation damage from black spot fungus to appear. Does seem to have down the trick

- Tumble went after 2 weeks use. Installation instructions are way out of date - machine has obviuosly been updated since. Washing info does not give times of cycle which would be useful. Instructions also state door can be opened during tumble to check dryness but this doesn't happen.

+ it's very good and when you can do the wash cycle and then the dry cycle without it even stopping very good and i'm very impressed with the product

- Due to a single cold fill and no hot fill cycle times are increased due to water needing to be heated longer to reach desired temperature.

+ It's a washer dryer, so if you do not have the room (or money) for separate appliances is is useful. Bur that can be said of any model.

- It is noisy, it's programming is sometimes dodgy so it gets itself confused, it takes an eternity to dry large items, like bath towels, and creases up synthetics. I only use the dryer now for items of that I don't care about.

+ this is an excellent dryer for a washer dryer. i feel that it dryes the clothes really quickly., strong spin which dries the clothes pretty well befor u put the dryer on. variety of different cycles you can choose. great value for money and excellent for saving space within the hime,.

- even on a quick wash the washing machine still takes a while. if you put the dryer on for to long then it resets and you have to push a button under the top of the machine but as long as its only one for an hour at a time it is ok. oh and the door does not open when the dryer is on.

+ the spin on this product means the washing is near enough dry when a wash has finished,so i'm spending less time,money and energy on using the dryer.

- Drying takes a long time and it overheats and cuts out easily if it has been on too long, we had to get the engineer out to fix it and was told that the reset button could only be accessed by an engineer which is really inconvenien and costly.

- The manual doesn't go into great details of items which I would have liked. Online data said it had half load! I have no idea where to find this. There is also no times of the cycles which would have been nice to have had.
To give the customer a little more sometimes goes along way.

+ Easy operation and fairly quiet and efficient.

- The washer and dryer is too inter connected - i.e. if I have just selected the wash cycle and then decide to dry afterwards - because the cycle dial does not move - I sometimes forget to reset before selecting the dryer option.
I also find that the items are more creased after drying than with my previous machines.
