+ Excellent Build Quality. Outstanding perfomance. Towards the top end of the price range for a domestic vaccum cleaner but well worth the money. With a dog and 3 cats, this is in constant use and doesn't disappoint. Highly recommended.

- A little tricky to master at first, with its swivel head but once done, this proves to be a real bonus.

+ Good suction, efficient cleaning, lightweight, very manoeuverable in awkward areas, exhaust air does not cause draught to disturb dust before being suctioned.

- Tends to be unstable and fall over when using tools on hose.

+ Excellent for removing pet hair. Good filtering. Noise level not too high when compared to Dyson and Vax.

- Top heavy and quite awkward when used horizontally.

+ It's lighter than a dyson and similar products and neater to fit in a cupboard. As for picking up, it's the best I've ever used!!! I like having the parque head, as I have a tiled and solid oak floor. Extremely easy to change these heads and overall ease of use is extrememly good. It manouvers better than most vacuums and it picks up right to the skirting so no need to use the tools every time. The upholstery head is brilliant. The suction on this picks up every pet hair. Much better than anything I've tried before.
It goes almost flat to get under sofas and beds, if there is enough clearance. The price is competitive to some of the leaders and this is a much better product. I love it so much I would have been happy receiving it as birthday present!!!

- You really need to lie it down to use the tools otherwise it falls over. It requires bags. Little hardship for a great vac!!

+ This is an awesome vacuum. It is the first one that I have managed to find that actually picks up the dog hairs from my carpet first time. It is extremely easy to manouvre and even the children don't mind hoovering now!

- The only bad point is that it is a little unstable when you are using the attachments and tends to topple over.
