+ Good video quality
Easy to use
The pistol grip is nice to hold

- 1. Get hot to handle after constant filming around 15/20 min.
2. It takes too long to take a picture.
3. There is no carry case only a fabric pouch.
4. Needs a dock to charge and view the film on TV.
5. The supplied Nero software is poor.

+ Excellent picture quality. Can play directly to HD TV. Don't need a still camera as still pics can be taken with the same camera. Furthermore pics can be taken without stopping filming. However, something that's not even mentioned in your blurb is that while you're playing back a film you've taken you can freeze-frame to get an excellent quality picture. Accessories are relatively cheap if you look. I have bought an excellent wide-angle attachment - why don't you sell things like that?

- Although medium-weight, the camera tends to be a bit top-heavy (and that is even before I put the WA attachment on). This leads to instability when taking pics. Also the operating buttons are not in a really convenient position for single handed operation: you need your thumb to hold the camera, and it takes a bit of practice to move your thumb to press the operating button(s). However, I needed a camera with single-handed operation, so I accept this is a compromise. I hasten to say these points are only niggles and certainly not complaints.

- Feels a bit "plasticy" HD Format is mega heavy on memory and is so fast that the computer you play it on may need the graphics pack to be upgraded to display the footage correctly.

+ This is my first video camera so have nothing to compare it with. But i would say that it is easy to navigate through the controls. Picture and film quality is excellent. The ability to take good quality pictures whilst videoing is a plus. Overall a first class product

+ Excellent weight and ergonomics. I had reservations about @pistol@ type grip but now I wouldn't want it any other way. Very pleased with this camera. It starts V fast, its menu and joystick controls are simple, intuitive and all in all this camera is a joy to own.

+ So glad I choose this model instead of the others. The picture quality and video quality is fantastic. I would definatley reconmend this for anyone who wants a camcorder and camera in one small handy package. I cant really fault this camera.

- The camera struggles slightly in low light but the built in flash when used in low light seems to help a lot.
