+ great build qaulity and easy to use and transfer files onto, at least it uses the standard windows software and not a 3rd party program that moves and reformats half you files for you.
overall top product

- the scroll wheel is a bit sensitive for use on the move, but it may just be my fat fingers

- While the instructions for use are better than some manufacturers, they are still not good. It is still acase of trial and error. perhaps because I am older, I really do like clear written instructions (on paper) without having to bring up the instructions on my computer.

+ I like the build quality, the design, and the fact that it has expandable data storage. Generally the design, and the ergonomics are very good

- I don't like the way it stores files. It doesn't keep my music files together. Some it reads as unknown, some it leaves out altogether. It's about 75% accurate on data mangement. I am sure this is because of the embedded data contained within MP3 files, either being missing or corrupted. I would prefer it if files were managed by sorting the titles that I ascribed to the material, not embedded data

+ You don't have to use Itunes, which is great! Just drag & drop - what could be easier? Seems to interact perfectly happily with the usb socket on my car stereo as well.

+ Great little player but with big features. I've thought about getting this Sansa for ages, I'm sorry I didn't get it sooner, its just briliant. Easy access to all folders. sounds great, and the radio has good reception.
I love the feel of it, its all shiny and smooth and very slim, will fit easily in your handbag, or pocket.
Its a gem!!

- Headphones are ok, could be better but its easy enough to buy better ones. I don't think I can get portable speakers specifically for the sansa player.

+ user friendly display / simple to use. can access files in a number of different ways via different headings.

- too small or streamlined if anything. the physicality of handling it. it seems kind of miniscule if you've got man sized hands. but then if it was any larger, you wouldn't be able to slip it into your jacket pocket so easily - so perhaps you just can't win on this one...
radio reception not so good - but then i mainly use the product for storing / playing mp3 tracks, so i'm not overly bothered about this.
